so far this floor is perfect. it's a better quality product that anything i found at home depot or lowes. way better price too! the quality of the laminant is top notch, as well as the attached underlayment. it is not as easy to install as the thinner "premier" products - but that's fine because it's a heavier duty, better quality product. easy enough that my husband and i can put it in and this is our first time working with this stuff. friends of ours are helping and they've done other floors. they are impressed with the quality of this product. beautiful array of colors as well that make it look more natural.

make sure to get to the store as they open, and if you are using the portland, oregon store - try to be the first ones in line as the parking lot is very small as well as the store itself. we ordered over 800 square feet and had to use a trailer. as we were leaving the parking lot was full and there would have been no way to get in with a trailer with that many cars in the lot. we contacted customer service as the flooring went on sale 3 days after we purchased it. they honored their sale prices and refunded over $300 into my bank within 48 hours.

This product is just beautiful. I had it put in throughout most of my house and I'm quite satisfied with the look and feel. The display sample in the store did not do this flooring justice. There is a lot more color variation than the sample showed.

My flooring was in great condition when I picked it up and the people at Lumber Liquidators were great.

After careful consideration to color and type of floor, I decided on this lamanate for our living room.
It looks very nice, and is not near a slippery as others I have installed. Looks very much like real wood flooring. Only problem was the quality of the joints, easly damaged, and hard to click in at times. Installed 430 sq feet in 2 days of spare time.

My husband and I installed the flooring in our living room and found it relatively easy for first timers at a DIY project. It came out beautifully, but instantly showed scratches from our small dogs within a few days. It has been two months and we are now trying to figure out a way to possibly layer floor with a polyurethane coat.

WE HESITATED ABOUT PUTTING THIS FLOOR IN OUR KITCHEN, BUT WE ARE VERY GLAD WE DID. IT GIVES THE KITCHEN A WARM FEELING.

Replaced carpet in a bedroom. The flooring is beautiful and seems durable, but have only had it installed for a few months. It is much quieter than other laminates I have installed. It is a little tough getting starting against a wall that is not perfectly straight, but after a few rows it installs quickly.

Had this product installed in my entire 1,800 square foot townhouse. It's incredible how much it looks like real wood. Installers had no issues with the product whatsoever. I previously installed 8mm padded laminate in my basement purchased from Sam's Club, and this product looks, sounds, and feels 10x better and really wasn't much more expensive. Can't speak for the durability yet, but otherwise this is highly recommended.

The service that I recieved from the Peoria Staff was very friendly and knowledge.
The only thing I did not like, is when ever I called, they were too busy to answer the phone and I had to leave a message. They did not return my call for several hours. Maybe more staff is needed or a receptionist?
