i am confused. if the cut away goes over my new hardwood and the thicker end sits on the floor why isnt the thicker part exstend all the way to the floor. do i have the wrong threshold piece or do i need to cut a filler strip to place under it. I am going into a door way, stopping the hardwood, then starting with carpet.1 answer
