The Maple Sugar wood flooring went in easily without any hassle. There are a few things you need to do though to prevent chipping. Make sure to use a saw blade with a large amount of teeth, and always cut with the wood side up. Overall this is a great wood floor if you want something to lighten up the room on a tight budget.

When we bought our home someone had installed some very cheap ugly dark laminate, which lasted no more then a year. It was awful. I had decided we would take it up and install carpet, tile, anything but laminate. We stopped at Lumber Liqudators and decided to go ahead with this Utopia Sugar Maple.
Installed easily, looks beautiful. Would like to have more info on cleaning and care, but other then that we are completely happy and satisfied

We used this product for 3 bedrooms in our home, and will be installing it in our 4th bedroom this summer. We've completed the bedrooms one by one over the last 2 years, and I'm very happy with how the product has held up over time. We have 2 dogs, and the flooring has held up nicely in the 2 years it's been in our master bedroom. Remember that this is a lower-priced product, so you will give up quality a little bit. That said, this product is perfect for a low traffic area, such as a bedroom. I would not put it in high traffic areas such as kitchens, baths or entryways. We're very happy with this product.

Was super skeptical after reading every single review and getting a lot of different opinions from online reviews. I have not worked with laminate wood flooring before so I have nothing better or worse to compare it to. My husband and I laid 450 square feet in about 3 days time. We took over a month to plan and prepare so we felt pretty confident going into it. We laid it in a family room, dining room, kitchen, entryway, and powder room. The entire bottom level of our townhouse. It's hard work and a lot of stop and go which bothers people like me who need to see quick progress and results to be happy but this product seems to be good quality for a rental and we are happy with it so far. Boards were good out of package only had about 3 boards out of 19 boxes with damage or imperfections which I feel is reasonable. Good luck with your project, even thought it was hard work we had fun doing it together.

This was the first time my husband & I installed laminate flooring. We found it very easy to cut and install. We were extremely happy with the final look of the floor. It totally transformed the whole room and we plan on putting it in more rooms of the house soon.

Everyone that has seen it has thought that this was actual hard wood flooring and not laminate. This product has a very real wood look without all the upkeep of the hard woods. It is a little more difficult to install that was described, it might help to have one of the tools but the salesman at the store said that it wasn't needed.
Service and delivery comments:
I went to the Greensprings/Homewood location. They were very helpful but I already knew what I wanted before I got there by looking online and actually calling the store itself. They were very busy with about 7 or 8 ppl in there when I got there and there were only 2 salesmen there and finally a guy from the warehouse came up and helped them out and he also loaded my purchase for me after the sale was completed.

We installed this in a bedroom, office, hall and bonus room. The color matched the cabinets in our house perfectly. This product was warped in two different directions which made it extremely difficult to install.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I had never installed any flooring before and I wanted replace the floor in my hallway. It took me a few days to install (remember I said I had never done this before) but it wasn't hard once I got the hang of it. It looks absolutely amazing and really lightened up my once dark hall. Its been a couple weeks and so far it seems easy to maintain and has not scratched (I was worried about that since I have a couple of rambunctious puppies).
