This product was so easy to install! Being first-time do-it-yourselfers, we were very glad that the product was easy to put down over our second floor plywood subfloor. We purchased the 10mm Dunes Bay and the 10mm Jewel Valley for our children's rooms, but we hated it and had to exchange it for more of the 12mm stuff. The hardest part was cutting straight and fitting the laminate under our doors (which was our problem, not the laminates)!

Installed in bedroom. The click-lock on this product gives you the option to install the planks without have to angle the board on 45 degree. This was very helpful when install under cabinets and door frames.

I just laid about 200 square feet of this floor in the living room/office, it was very easy to install, it has a very uniform finish but doesnt look like it is "printed" like some other laminates. It looks and feels very natural and doesnt scratch or imprint like a hardwood does (press a key or coin into this floor as hard as you can and there are no marks, do the same to natural bamboo or hardwood and you will see an imprint). The attached pad makes install easier and better. No complaints so far, if it holds up like I think it will, I will be back to get some more to finish out the main floor.

Delivery was on time, the sales associate told me about 3 to 4 weeks, it came in right at 3 weeks. There were no defective, broken, or scratched peices. The salesman was very informative when we were shopping.

Nice foor for the price. I recently installed 1000 sq ft in my upstairs. Did it over a weekend with two buddies helping. This is the first time I installed a laminate floor that came in three different size boards out of the package. So once I realised that we stepped back and figured out the pattern we wanted to lay and off we went. With any home improvement project the prep work and homework will increase your success.

On the whole we're very happy with this product. The house looks like it was recently built vs. being 40 yrs old. It also feels a lot cleaner! The only issue I've noticed is that when installing the floor, the tapping block can damage the tongue and groove. I used a bead of wood glue on the damaged boards as a precaution (don't want those pulling apart later). I have a few spots (maybe 3 or 4) where the tongue and groove got damaged and when the light hits the boards just right you can see an imperfection in the board. These damaged planks are not easy to get to, so I'm just going to live with it. I am an artist and I pay very close attention to detail. If I hadn't installed them, I'd probably never notice these imperfections. My wife keeps raving about these floors! Again, very happy :-)

This is my first time installing flooring anywhere. I've had old Pergo flooring in my house since I moved in, and I think before the previous owner moved in, so that means it's at least 15 years old. It was starting to peak from moisture and there were spots that had gotten dented or damaged, so my husband and I decided that it was time. This stuff is gorgeous. It feels great underfoot. I've been using a jigsaw to make the cuts, and it cuts very cleanly. I'd recommend cutting on the underside, as cutting from the top chips the finish on the edges, but it's nothing that wouldn't get covered up with moulding anyway. All of my boxes came from the same mill lot, and the color is great. Having three varied plank sizes is the best idea ever, as the piece you cut off to terminate one end can be placed as the starting plank piece for the next row, and there aren't any places where i've had two junctions right on top of each other. Once I figured out where to apply pressure while attempting to tap it in, I've had no problems. So far, out of five or six boxes, only one piece has had any kind of issue.
