We love our Brazillian Koa. The variation in grain provides alot of visual interest. The flooring is great! It is on the softer side of the density scale so be careful moving heavy furnature like a piano! It will crease the wood. It took me and a friend two weekends to lay 650sq. ft. It was our first attempt at laying hardwood flooring.

Floor looks great. We ended up ripping out another 200 Sq Ft of tile to continue the wood throughout the downstairs and it looks great. Glad we went with LL and very happy w/ results. Also, glad I ended up not doing it myself; hired a crew at the last minute.....
