I used the product as a layer between the underlayment and the plywood floor. The product is a good product It is just a little difficult to maneuver and keep down. You have to really staple it down to the plywood to keep from moving. Once down though it was a great extra protective layer.

When I purchased my flooring, I was expecting a much thicker liner. The salesman knew the flooring was going on a basement concrete slab, so he recommended not to get the thicker liner since there would not be an issue with it having to be a noise barrier.
I would also like to mention that the flooring was excellent. At first I was skeptical about shopping at a liquidator surplus store, but your sales team was top notch. They asked what my square footage was, then worked some magic on a calculator. They were on the money. I bought 20 boxes of flooring and had 4 boards left. Way to go !!!! Thank you.

We love the floor and have most of it installed. However, when they were loading the vehicle with the flooring they shorted us one box. We purchased the wood on Memorial day and discovered the error that evening. Since then, we have called several times to get the last box owed us and have not received a call back from any supervisor. We had planned on putting in wood floors for the entire house but not until we get a response from the store.

The poly sheeting was easy to use. I would not recommend using hard knee pads while working on it however, as you will slip and slide all over the floor if you do. The product, though, was easy to install and heavy enough to lay flat while I worked.

Being the 1st time I have worked with Laminate overall job went very well. I found the products easy to work with (having the appropriate tools available), and overall quality of the flooring and poly good. No issues with the poly, flooring had about 1.5 boxes out of 34 that the planks had to used in the following. Short run due to not matching on a full plank , and having some boards (3) where the venire was bad and having to use in a rip cut.
Other than that I'm very pleased with the product overall. I would not hesitate doing flooring again. I found the work enjoyable.

Using anything bleow a 6 mil Poly is just not smart. With this product you can lay out the area you are about to floor over and not have to worry abut puncturing it or it ripping when you walk or work on it. I found that becasue the price is good and the product comes in huge lengths, it was ok to overlap the seems by feet. Cutting was easy with a utility knife and the product layed down nicely. Recomended for any laminate flooring project.

Installing laminate flooring in a rental property instead of carpeting is a dream come true. The tenants jump over each other to rent this property and I can command a higher monthly rent. the [$]i paid for this flooring will be paid for in only 3 months of increased rents. Then when i get a move out its just a quick sweep and light mop and the floor is beautiful once again. Do your self a favor and ditch the filthy carpet...best business decision i ever made in rental property management.
