This is a great product. It makes the floor very shiny and pretty. The only drawback is that it doesn't come in a larger size only the spray bottle size. I wish it would come in a large refill size for a few dollars more.

We installed bamboo flooring three years ago in the family room, long hallway, office, and living room -- all rooms with heavy foot traffic and lots of doorways. We have three dogs and a cat and three young grandchildren who love to run their toys across my floor, and often their sticky little hands too. Our home is in the forest, so dirt and debrit are constantly being tracked in, as well as snow and rain. I had to learn the hard way not to use ANY cleaners other than the BellaWood Cleaner! I had used Orange Glo and the Swiffer "for hardwood floors" and they left my floors in a hazy mess! I had to clean the floors BY HAND with a Mr. Clean eraser ( NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING else worked) plank by plank. The BellaWood cleaner didn't take off the haze but it doesn't make it hazy in the first place. I will never be lazy again--I will always go out of my way to get the BellaWood Cleaner! My Brazilian Cherry once again looks like glass!

Watch out for BONA and other cleaners. I tried BONA and almost ruined my gorgeous Brazilian Cherry Floor! It left a terrible film and the BONA people said there is no way to fix the floor so you can just refinish the floor. Luckily my handyman who'd installed the floor labored on his hands and knees to get the BONA off and we will never use anything but Bellawood Cleaner on the floors.

The cleaner does help add a shine to the laminate but it must be constantly applied to the sweeper. It does not remove all spots, even with repeated scrubbing. A once over will not work as every spot must be singled out and scrubbed. The problem could be with the "sweeper" applicator.

Had bought a cleaner from grocery for hardwood floors and it nearly ruined the wood laminate floor in the area applied. Bella product helped to remove the terrible oily mess and clean the floor correctly. I used a store brand cleaner on my hardwood floors that left a horrible waxy film, although it said it contained no wax. The soy based Bellawood floor cleaner broke down the waxy build up. It is the ONLY cleaner you will ever need for the up keep of your hardwood floors!

We had originally used Orange Glo on the floor, and were told that was the wrong product to use. We followed the store clerk's recomendation to strip the floor using a vinegar solution, then applied the product. The finish is still dull and streaky. Called Customer Support, who told is to strip the floor using an ounce of Dawn dishwashing liquid in a bucket of water. Still no improvement. We don't know what to do next, but so far we are disenchanted.

Perhaps there was some kind of protective finish on the boards at the factory. I don't know why this is happening but it is and I don't like it.

Great product. I got this product when I first installed my hardwood floors in my living and dining room. When I ran out I just brought a store product - Murphy Brand. My floors just didn't look as clean and they had an oily build up. So I went back to Lumber Liquidators and bought 4 more bottles of this product. It works great, I won't be trying anything else again!

I had used other cleaners on my floor and thought they were ruined, after several uses they left my floor looking horrible. I had to hand clean my
Bellawood brazilian mesquite floor with ammonia water to get that mess up. Once I did that and used the Bellawood cleaner--my beautiful floors were returned to their original beauty. Those people who complained about dull floors--wonder if they had ever used another cleaner--if they had --they need to get that dull stuff off with ammonia water and start over with the Bellawood cleaner.

I had my knee replaced due to arthritis, and thought that was the end of my do-it-yourself projects. I was wrong. The flooring I got from Lumberliquidators was so easy to install that I'm thinking of replacing the stair treads too. More importantly, I bought Bellawood HWFC floor cleaner and the results are fantastic. The cleaner works well, easy to apply, leaves no streaks, and best of all I don't have to worry about my dogs getting sick from it. My Boston Terrier Clarence drops parts of his treats on the floor, as he picks them up and eats then he licks up the crumbs. This stuff has never made him sick. He is 15 years old and lots of things make him sick. Thanks for a great product that's pet friendly too!

Once the Bellawood Brazilian Koa floor was installed, and although the excess glue was wiped away, blotches of glue could still be seen on the floor in the right light conditions. The installer used mineral spirits and paint thinner so I would not see it and those solvents dulled the shine!!!I was livid!!! [...] my brand new floor now looks like a brand new floor. This stuff is awesome....just follow the directions...and its true what the bottle says...its slick, so be careful when walking across the floor. I then "dry mopped" my floor the next day with a little Vinegar water...and it looks like a sheet of glass. [...]

The product is good but application is a pain...there has to be another method to apply it. We have lots of engineered wood in our house and the scuff marks take lots of elbow grease...there has to be a buffing machine for this stuff...LL should rent a polisher for this purpose...another revenue stream to you all...

We installed Brazilian Cherry and Brazilian Koa in rooms in our house 3 years ago. These rooms are high traffic areas, including the kitchen. The Bellawood Floor Cleaner makes the floors look like they did when they were just laid down. The shine and depth to the wood color is incredible after applying it to them.

I ran out of the cleaner and tried another brand, and was sorely disappointed. The competitor's brand left the wood very dull and lifeless looking.

I've ordered more Bellawood Cleaner and will never use anything else again. By the way, I've never experienced anything less than shiny, clean, protected floors when using Bellawood Cleaner.

Your cleaner works great. The wood ,however, is substandard and even though you sent an inspector here a year ago, I have yet to hear from you what his report said. I know what it said because he showed it to me but you fail to meet even the most minor standard of giving me your results. I paid for good wood with a good finish and did not get it. The directions say not to spray directly onto the floor. However, that seems to be the best why to get the floor clean. I then go over the floor with a mircofiber pad. Cleans up nicely.

The Bellawood Cleaner is easy, quick and the results are great. The mop is less than I expected. Duct tape around the swivel hinge at the head stopped the constant flipping of the head.

I love the cleaner, but in total agreement that the mop is a total frustration. It collapses with almost every push/pull motion, and constantly flips over.

Too bad they don't sell the refill bottle anymore. I use it on my wood and tile floors. It's great when you have kids. The mop is cheap as the head always flips over; the pad is fine, but make sure you rinse it after every use or you can mar the surface of the wood floor with larger particles stuck to it.

cleaner is very good and effective. However, the mop is less than expected. I replaced the mop with one from a department store that works better.
