The mop head is large and covers a big area. The swivel head works very well. I have dogs so the mop head get "full" quickly and it would be convenient for the package to contain two mop heads so while one is being washed the other can be used.

The Bellawood spray cleaner is awesome. We tried all the department store wood cleaners and they just left our floor looking dull. Save yourself some time and money, this is the best! It even took care of the problem we were having with the imprints from our dogs' paws. Just remember to heavily spray your cloth first. One of the black rings on our mop handle broke after only 2 moppings but the mop itself is still useable.

This is a great mop for any wood flooring. The microfiber picks up quite a bit and the Bellawood Floor Cleaner leaves the wood looking very clean and shiny and leaves no residual odor. This is good for those who are sensitive but not good for those who like that "clean" smell. The floors however look great when finished. The only negative is my last mop broke and I had to buy a new one which seems to be made a little differently so hoping it holds up better. It gets a lot of use particularly since we are not to clean our wood floors with any kind of water. Because it is microfiber, the mop doesn't slide around easily across the floor so it is pushed quite hard which puts a strain on the mop itself. Overall, I don't think there would be a better way to clean the floor than with this mop.

Mop extension handle does not stay up or screw in place and keeps going down while I mop. The mop cover drags and sticks on the laminate floor when dampened with the cleaner. The mop design itself is good. Cleaner is good and makes floor shine.

Contains a fullsize dry mop, recommended hardwood floor cleaner and a 100 heavy duty adhesive furniture pads. If you are switching over from carpet to hardwood, these pads really help getting use to not scraping the hardwood floors while moving furniture/sliding chairs, etc. The flooring cleaner takes the guess work out of what to clean with and is not greasy, leaves the floors shiny and like new.

I am using the floor care kit alot! We have 7 chilren still at home and the mop and bella cleaner works great!! I do spot mop with the cleaner and paper towel frequently as well. I installed high gloss laminate flooring and was having a hard time cleaning them without streaks. I saw a review on this product and decided to try. I am more than happy with the results. I spray a small amount of cleaner on the floor and use the microfiber mop and the floors look clean and streak free.

I purchased this kit because it was sold at Lumber Liquidators therefore I thought it would be a much better product than what you can buy at the store. But the truth be is that it is not! I was looking for something that would bring shine to my floors and that "just swept/mopped shine," did not get it. This product is no better than what you can buy in any other store. As a matter of fact i will be trying out some other name brands to see if I have any luck. The product also leaves smear marks when it dries. I am very picky so keep that in mind.

This is a good general cleaning kit for hard flooring. That said, the plastic pin on the mop broke on the second use. I replaced it with a bolt but its probably only a matter of time until the next weak link breaks. That said, I would still recommend the kit as a good starter/cleaner when you first install your new floors.

The actual cleaning solution is great. The mop that accompanies the kit is worthless. It breaks apart with every stroke and makes cleaning unnecessarily tedious. I would not recommend this kit. Get a Shark or Swifter.

I installed Bellawood Australian Cypress, 3 1/4" x 3/4" in a former bedroom. It is now my wife's sewing room. The flooring was very straight, good quality hardwood. It went together easily without any prying or fighting with it. It is a very stunning look, yet maintaining a nice warm look. My wife loves it, so that's what counts. I would highly recommend this product.

The cleaner is a great product, the bottle it is in is not. The bottle and the trigger sprayer fall apart and make a mess. We bought a good spray bottle at [...] and problem solved. I took out the old stained carpet in my townhouse and put down Mayflower Mudslide engineered hardwood floors. It was my first time putting down hardwood floors. I put down Quietwalk padding and floated the floor over that. The whole process of tearing up the old carpet and putting down 400 sqft of hardwood took me two days.

This is a great product, works really well at removing that last little bit of haze left by the gluing process! Plus it protects the wood/ cork, and leaves a nice sheen. The idea of a spray on cleaner was great, however the product cleaned the floor but left it dull, lifeless and very sticky. It requied cleaning more often. The broom was a cute idea also but my son, 259 lbs used it applied too much pressure on the extened pole and it bent.
When he tried to straighten it out in put a major crease in the pole. It is useless now.

Don't really care for this product...the mop head always slides down when I try and use it, tried mopping the floor but doesn't really do anything. I like the brush that is made to clean the base boards, but over all I think that it is a waste of money. Easier to clean your floor with water and a mop.

It has everything in the kit to do my floors. However the mop will not stay in the lock position. Duck tape works well on the handle of the mop.

The mop does not work that well. The handle is in two parts and the lock does not keep the upper part of the handle from sliding down over the lower part of the handle. The mop does not pick up most of the small items on the floor, a vacuum with a brush works better. For stains, the combination of the spray cleaner and the mop are not bad, but very slow. It is hard to put enough pressure on the mop for most stains and only a small part of the mop directly under the handle is effective on the stains.

The dust mop is flimsy and cheaply made! It really needs to be more sturdy, a heavier duty material would help. I feel if I put too much pressure on the handle while sweeping it's going to fall apart! The dust mop/baseboard cleaner is great, I love the fuzzy bristles, they clean like a hair brush, but better!
The cleaning solution leaked out in the box, so really it should come sealed! The scratch remover does not remove true scratches!! Really love the felt pads, they stick better than the cheaper store bought ones!

We have a dog that sheds a good bit. I used the terry cloth "mop" like a broom to "sweep" up the dog hair. I found that it works MUCH better that a regular broom on our laminate flooring. It actually picks up the dirt, instead of just smearing it around.

Cleaner was excellent for cleanup after installation. Mop is just right to use with cleaner. It is too short for normal sweep over. Felt stickers for funiture work really well.

We put down 15 lb. felt paper for a barrier between the sub flooring & new flooring on the first floor level and rosin paper on the upstairs rooms. Using a Multi tool for cutting the door jams was a major time saver.We took of all the base boards to make installation easier. 1 1/2" finn / trim screws were used instead of nails for securing the flooring in hard to reach places (close to walls).The air Nail gun with 2" cleats for fastners) were used.We (my son & I) put down Natural Hickory on the first bedroom floor we did and Brazilian Golden Teak on the second bedroom (Master b/r)and Nat.Hickory on the third bedroom.If I had to do it over I would use all Golden Teak b/c of the consistencey of the color and wood graining. The Hickory had a lot of variation from box to box and lot to lot. The first room in Hickory was well mixed. The second room (different lot) in Hickory had too many real light colored piece and then some suddenly dark pieces.That's why I voted a four star rating.Very pleased with the Golden Teak..I chose these woods species b/c of there Hardness and wood graining.The pictures show the first bedroom we did in Hickory and the second picture is the third bedroom we did, in Hickory..see the difference in color variations.(One could if he had the room open all the boxes of flooring and pick & poke for the colors one wants) We bought the lumber Liquidator's cleaning kit... it does a super job.[...]

I couldn't get the mop handle to stop slidding down so finally had to use electrical tape to get it to stay up...Otherwise very pleased.

After purchasing Bellawood Cherry floors, I received this product and was pleasantly surprised with the gloss, though not overbearing, to the floors. My only issue is that it came with one cleaning pad and the pad frequently flips over when you pull the mop in the reverse direction. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the look it provides to my floors throughout the house.

Did you know you have a misprint on your boxes of wood?? When touting the finish and the tests that have been performed on that finish to show it's durability the box states the wood was tested with "out" your finish. Shouldn't it say with "our" finish? Just wondering if I'm reading it wrong.

i was happy to find a cleaner that was all-natural & not full of chemicals to use on our new laminate floor. but, it really doesn't do much except shine it up TEMPORARILY, and by temporarily, i mean for a VERY short time. smudges & footprints are quickly visible right after you use the product.
And, the "mop" is nothing special, nothing you couldn't purchase at a discount store & hardware store for a cheaper price. Not sure if it's all of them or just ours, but the adjustable handle doesn't work right & is very hard to tighten & keep tightened.

I spray this on my wood floors and wipe off. It leaves my floors shiny and clean. Because this is soy based I am not worried that it will harm my pets. I have recommended this to others. They also love it.

I had looked around for a something to keep my new floor clean, knowing I was going to need something after floor was installed. When I was at Lumber Liquidators purcasing my floor, I noticed they had a floor care kit there for roughly the prices I was seeing shopping around; maybe even a little less. When I got it home and opened it, I was pleasantly surpprised to see it included 100 furniture pads. What a great item to be included! It saved me from having to go out and find them somewhere. I would definitely recommend purchasing this floor care kit if you are having a floor installed, or if you have a wood floor.

Before we used just some off the self wood floor product. With one application of Bellawood floor kit there was a dramatic change the floor stays looking cleaner. It makes the grains in our maple and cyprus stand out. I it makes the floors look alive. Not dry and lifeless.

I am very disappointed in the applicator mophead. The mophead itself is fine and washes up beautifully, however the applicator is horrible. The handle won't stay together and won't lock in place .... I have to use just the short part of the handle to apply the product. I am surprised that Bellawood doesn't provide a better applicator.

i purchased 1 kit and then recieved 1 free with my first purchase on my LL credit card. i have all hardwwd floors throughout my house and have 2 dogs. i am constantly cleaning foot prints. This soy based product does not leave a residue on the floor.

The soy based cleaner is amazing. I never have any streaks on my laminate or my bamboo flooring.
I also use the terry cloth mop on a daily basis both wet and dry.
