I selected the bloodwood grills because going with the standard metal grills would have taken away the class and elegance of such a fine hardwood floor. The matching wood grills are an absolute MUST when installing hardwood floors, especially wood flooring with the elegant look of bloodwood. I am very pleased and have received so many compliments on the difference and the beauty that a wood grills makes to a wood floor.
