Great price, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Many of the pieces had marks on them that we will have to paint over. Maybe best to get the unfinished so if there are marks you are painting over them anyway.

Excessive labeling necessitates careful peeling from every strip of wood and then goop removal of sticky residue. Not a big deal but still a time consuming inconvenience. I had 44 eight foot lengths on my project.

The shoe moulding was painted to my satisfaction--no dings, scrapes or missed spots. The one thing that I did notice was that the dimentions are not really 1/2 by 3/4, it is 7/16 by 11/16, so if you have a wide gap, you need to know that.

Added to 5" Colonial baseboard over Brazilian Koa flooring. What a great look! Trim was perfect, no dents, breaks, chips and smooth finish.

used shoe molding to hold floating cork floor in place. price was cheap, and wood bundled so you didn't see what you were buying. Many pieces had defects, and the paint job is lousy.

I truly liked this molding. It is exactly what I was looking for to give the floor the finished look without needing to remove all the base boards and possibly ruin my sheet rock. This is a great product to use to finish your floor.

Having previously owned a retail building supply center, I understand the difficulty of selling small size trim like this because pieces warp and get easily damaged. Having said that, I purchased the pre-bundled amount of 160'. I needed 100'. I had to use some product that I did not want to because of the very poor quality of trim. I was unhappy, but again, having been in the business, I know it happens. Next time I'll go to [...] and pick my pieces out and pay the additional 5 cents a foot, which in the end would have saved me some money.

Had flooring installed in kitchen and kitchen eating area, laundry room, formal dinning room, front enterance. hall wall, and 1/2 bath. I love this floor... virginia millworks engineered floor hand scrapped. I have dropped a telephone, cleaner hose, and it did not hurt it... and if it did it would just add to the beauty. Cleans easy with the floor cleaner from store.

EVERYTHING we needed except for the shoe molding was at our local store. The shoe molding we had to drive to the loveland store to get.

While trying to install the shoe moulding, I used an electric brad driver. It was unable to totally penatrate the moulding. I resorted to predrilling the moulding and then using a hammer to finish placing the nail. The wood is really hard.Must be oak. By using the hammer to finish the job, it caused the paint to chip, requiring touch-up.

I have installed nail-down 3/4" Oak previously in another home. This Schon engineered product is beautiful and hopefully will last a long time. Fairly easy to install... several open joints were hard to close after the fact. [...] I wish I had used 1/4" round base rather than the base shoe I ordered. Heard alot about Lumber Liq. Will use again in future! Thanks.
