I bought these for a contractor to install. He matched stains with our prefinished hardwood and it works great. I do recommend using a hardener with the stain to prevent wear and tear.

Comments about Stair Nosing 3/4 X 3-1/4:

Your product was very good but I had specific ordering instructions on sizes that were needed for stairs ( shouldn't piece stairs) and they were not met so my job came up short and now I must wait for the next shipment ( which is putting my job behind schedule). I have been told it will only take a few weeks, I hope that is accurate along with the remaining sizes I need !!

Stair nosing Review
By ChetVerified Purchaser from Minneapolis, MN on 4/23/2008
Pros:
Improves Look
Best Uses:
Hardwood Floors
Bottom Line:

Comments about Stair Nosing 3/4 X 3-1/4:

Product looked good and was finished well. One of the boards had a little too much waste. Biggest complaint is that special ordered product cannot be ordered in lengths. I wanted a ten foot section but was told that they were at the mercy of what was sent--so I got 3 4' sections instead. One long run would look better than having the joints.
