My first delivery of about 80 sft was relatively quick (within a week) but I did not notice until I got home that many of the boards (10 out of 32) were damaged during shipping. Fortunately, I was just able to make do by careful culling and use for the hallway. The second order was much larger (450 sft) and took almost two weeks for delivery. However, that shipment was in fine condition and I have now installed it in one of the three bedrooms with no problems. Looking forward to finishing up in the next few weeks. All in all, the florrs look gorgeous!

We love our new floor and have recieved numerous compliments. We installed it in our finsihed basement and it is very easy to clean. The only negative is it can scratch easily, so you do need to care for it.

Make sure to firmly press butt-ends together or you'll have a gap- these don't click, unlike the long dimension adjacent pieces. Overall we're very happy with the result.

I was so disappointed in this floor. The carbonization makes it a weaker bamboo. So it dents very very easily. I am sure the version that is not carbonized would be great. I wish I would have known this.
