Product scrathes easily - even intallers scratched for floor when moving heavy furniture back - when using furniture pads - fixed the scrathes with stain. suggest that you keep a pot of stain handy for these little miss-haps.

We ordered from Zack at Oakhurst, NJ store on a Sunday, two days later it was delivered by two gentlemen who were willing to unload the 29 cases where I needed them put. I would reccomend Lumber Liquidiators to anyone who needs hardwood flooring. Service, delivery & price by far exceeded my expectations.

The product is listed as handscraped, but the pattern is too repetitious and doesn't look handscraped. If you buy this product, also pick up some stain. The stain isn't very deep and shows the lighter bamboo whenever it chips.

Be prepared to have various colors with each box. While most of the colors complimented each other, some had much more red than others and are very obvious in the room. I installed around 1200 sqft so it all blended pretty well, but if you are doing a smaller area you may notice it a lot more. I would check with LL about their return policy before buying.

I had a lot of issues with my order. I asked if I could have someone else pick up my order and was told "no problem". I gave them the person's name ahead of time, but when they went to pick it up Lumber Liquidators would not let them have the flooring without paying for it first. I had already paid for the order. Had a hard time getting a refund. Love the products, but won't buy from them again because their service was not good.

This product is beautiful however, you cannot walk on it. All of the edges have chipped revealing the non-stained bamboo beneath. It was installed 2 weeks ago by a professional and we have invested in a touch up kit that we are now using every day. If you are putting in a room that everyone just looks at it would be perfect but, the rumor that it is more durable than hardwood is really hard to believe.

The handscraped bamboo flooring is absolutely beautiful. The visual effect adds a dimensional look to the room. The solid and dense construction of the planking is impressive. A carbide saw blade made cutting easier. Darker woods tend to show pet hair and dust more so than lighter woods. A daily dusting with a terry cloth mop(no h2o)may be necessary if you have pets. Felt pads on furniture is strongly recommended especially if there is any movement of the furniture like dining chairs and ottomans.
