Easy to install on above-ground plywood based flooring. No glue necessary, used 1 1/4" brads w/pneumatic nailer. Used plastic underlayment for insulation. Fit is perfect side to side, and end to end. May last over 20 years with care and perhaps one refinishing, but for the price, is well worth the effort. Beautiful floor when complete. I did living room, den, hallway, and one bedroom. Seriously considering finishing two other bedrooms with same material. Go for it!

I was very impressed with this flooring. It was not hard to work with nor was it difficult to install. This is the first time I have taken on a job like this and it turned out relatively easy.

We installed these floors in my mother's house, and they look beautiful. For the price, they are an excellent value. Importantly, they are only 5/16 " thick, so she will probably only have one opportunity to refinish them, but I don't see that as being necesseary. They seem to wear well, and look much more expensive than what they cost. Considering that my mother does not live in an updated home, it did not make sense to invest in high-quality floors. These fit the bill perfectly. They will certainly last, and look beautiful. The only downside is that they need to be glued down which, let me tell you, is a huge mess! Be prepared for a big clean up job, on the floors and yourself!
