It may have defects including, but not limited to: splits, misgrading, unfinished areas, rough finish and mismilling. No returns, no cancellations, no warranty. SelectSelect grade flooring will have the most uniform color with no knots, and the longest average length planks.

We originally tried to use two closeout products with poor success. The quality of the wood was poor at best (short pieces, burn marks, cracked, incomplete finish, ect.) and could not be used in a residential application. The product was represented as being from a discontinued company and was top quality without a guarranty. This adventure costs us a month of hassel for our installer, your company and my family. We ended up with Bellawood which is top quality. Even though I believe the closeout quality was mis-represented, Lumber Liquidators did everything possible to make things right and we are happy with the end result.
