this material is just beautiful.. got an odd lot and the salesman said up to 20 percent waste factor with the odd lot but i received a shipment that had less than five percent waste in the box.. material is brittle and thus a bit tougher to instal but with predrilling and a little care in handling the boards installed very nicely and seemed to form a quite bulletproof floor.
