bought a few box of these factory second lot, it turns out it is waste of money. You better off buying the regular one. More than half of the plank can't be install due of various problems. Most of the planks are only about a foot long.

Had to work through each board. A lot of splinters, broken boards, lots of no finish boards, etc. I have my own equipment nailer, etc and had to do a lot of banging and rejecting!

I used this product to save time and reduce the dust and oders of finishing a real wood floor. The installation was simple and the finish is much better than we could have achieved sanding and finishing on site. The only disadvantage is having to protect the flooring while the rest of the construction and trim work was being finished, but that was not all lthat difficult.
