The salesman in the store said its an odd lot. He showed us the divits and inperfections in the wood before we bought it. We figured we had enough extra and could weed them out. During the install we decided to use them. After they were all down people came over to see the new floor. Most everyone liked the imperfections the most. It actualy gave the floor character.

We purchased odd lots and added 15% for waste. We came out perfectly with just a small amount left over. We did have a few pieces that were warped, finish bad, curved, twisted, and scratched but with the 15%, we were able to get it all done with leftovers!
