As well probably alot of people, i was a bit apprehensive purchasing a "closeout" item. After commiting to my gamble of buying something that can not be returned etc., the product turned out to be great! As with any hardwood install there are typical bad boards (very minimal), however it went down nice and looks great! Strongly suggested!

The beveled edges make the flooring look really nice.Pretty much identical to a Bruce product. And pretty much half the price. Rented a pneumatic nailer from [...]. Piece of cake to install.

This floor installed very nicely and fit together well. Only 2 unusable short boards in 8 boxes and quite a few pieces in the 5'-6' length. Color is fairly uniform but enough variance in grain ect. to create a bit of variety in overall appearance. Paid [$] sq ft and with careful end cuts had next to no waste. Gives the spare bedroom a nice, warm feel and look.
