I love having these beautiful hardwood floors in my home. They are easy to clean and durable. The price was affordable too. I would not recommend installing them by yourself. Town & Country Remodeling did a fantastic job with our installation. They look perfect! I'd recommend them to anyone.

I installed about 580 sq ft of this product in two bedrooms and 3 closets. The rest of my house is white oak 1/2", but this was the only product I could find that was prefinished.

My brother installed it, and he's a pro, so I don't know how difficult it would be for a beginner DIY=er. He had the right tools and it went pretty quickly. Little to no discards. The end result is beautiful. Love the finish!

The product was absolutely beautiful. It was very easy to install and there were little to no unusable pieces. I am very please with the product and the price I paid for it!
I was not impressed with the service and customer service of the Longmont location. When I purchased the product they upsold me to buy more than needed square footage, stating that I would indeed need additional flooring than measured amount. Then when I tried to returned unopened and unused flooring they said it was a closeout price and would not do the return. During the purchase no one explained the return policy. They simply said intitial here and sign here and began loading the material. They also did not help me when I was looking around I stood in the show room for over 20 minutes before being helped.

That was a first time i laid the hardwood floor. If you are good doing small house projects then it won't be a problem for you. The installation was easy and fast, just make sure you use a right nailer (NOT STAPLER !!!)and a miter saw. I din't have any waste at all because the previous row cut was going at the beginning of the next row. I was surprised that all the boards were straight and perfect. LumberLiquidators suggest to order you 10% more of what you need, that's what I did and ended up with 25 feet extra. It's no problem since I'll be ordering more for the other bedroom.
Overall is a great product, very nice color but I'm not sure how long it will last though and it scratches easily...all wood does so there is nothing you can do.

We used our flooring in the livingroom and hallway. We don't have any complaints at this time. It is a beautiful addition to our home. The price we paid was far less than the prices we saw at [...]and the selection was better as well.We have improved the value of our home far more than the cost of the flooring.
We needed assistance with an installation issue. To our shock and joy, after an email was sent via the Lumber Liquidator's Customer Service link, our phone was ringing. We had two customer service associates calling us. I had given two phone numbers and they were both ringing!!
Our issue was resolved within an hour. We actually recieved an email from the CEO of the company! Lumber Liquidators is really dedicated to customer service!

I ordered this from LL and picked it up the following week. It is hard work especially if you have bad knees like me but that's not the woods fault. It's awesome. Goes down easy. We did have some broken and cracked pieces but I'm told this is pretty normal for any brand. I paid [$] and couldn't find a better floor for anywhere near this price. Lucky for me I had an experienced handyman doing most of the work. Thanks Ronny W. for all the help.

We installed it in our foyer, dining room, and kitchen.
It was very easy to install. Its easy to clean and maintain.
It does, however, scratch easier than laminate flooring. So you would want to put down either area rugs in high traffic areas or remember to remove shoes with non-rubber heals before walking on it.
We would have gotten it sooner, if the store location had called us to let us know that it was in. I had to call them to ask when it was going to be in, and they said it had been in house for four days. They promised they were going to call us and let us know that day that it was going to be in. They did not keep their promise.
The product was in great condition, though.
When we arrived to pick it up they were very prompt and helpful.

The oak floor looks great! I had someone install it for me, so I can't comment on the ease of installation. But I am satisfied with the result. The color and finish is beautiful, and the price was far lower than other places around.
The staff is very friendly. I called with questions since I didn't know a whole lot about buying flooring. They took the time to explain and compare my different options. They had to order the product and it came in on time.

Installation was real easy after you lay the first row. I plan on adding this wood to the rest of my floors in the house. A very nice change from carpet.

We put this floor in our son's bedroom and liked it so much we are putting it in all the bedrooms. Great product...great price. Very solid comfortable to walk on. Hardly any waste...in eight boxes we had maybe one board that was not usable. I would highly recommend this flooring. Lumber Liquidators is the best!
