Comments about 12mm Red Oak Laminate:

I used the floor for my bedrooms. They look good. Floor is sturdy, no movement like other thin laminate floors. Price is very reasonable.
However, I accidentally left some water drop on the finished floor and it got in between the plates and caused expansion of the material.
There left few pop-ups along the connection line. It took quite few days for the water to dry up. And the pop-ups went down quite bit. But the floor never recovered to its original appearence.

It was difficult to lock boards together and as a result damaged many due to the angle it had to be positioned for them to lock. The overall quality appears good and was well priced.

Comments about 12mm Red Oak Laminate:

[...]t. Being a thicker laminate, it was said to be much more durable and would have a better warranty. At sale time, she was told no warranty-no returns. The laminate locks end to end and then by strip. It chipped easily when lifted and set into place. Many of the locking strips broke off causing the pieces to be uneven. Then you have to lift the pieces and clean them out to fit. I have installed flooring for over 20 years and this is the worst I have used. Many pieces had chipped corners right out of the box. The customer had to buy 3 more boxes because of broken pieces.

Service & Delivery comments:

We were told that no one else has complained of a problem when we went back to the store after 2 hours of attempting to install. We were also reminded that it is a clearance product and cannot be returned.
