Comments about Major Brand 3mm x 4" Light Oak Commercial Resilient Flooring:

I was very pleased at the appearance and quality of the flooring. They come in 4"x36" lengths so when laid out look much better than the laminates. I will be installng it on my basement concrete floor. The flooring is made in china but looks nice. It is a glue down and more work than the newer floating laminate floors that adhear together but they are close to $4 p/s/f.

I've never done a floor before and this laid down nice and quick. Only thing I would have done differently is make sure the foundation was as close to perfectly smooth as possible.
