I put the product down throughout two living rooms, a dining room, and my kitchen. The product was beautiful, it really does look nice. The problems started in the kitchen. You cannot get this material wet. AT ALL. Areas where drops of water were spilled from the dog's bowl, or from cleaning up a spill, instantly began to bubble. Within a few days it had fallen apart and molded. The warranty tells you not to expose to extreme water, wet mopping, or moisture, but I think it's not meant for any moisture whatsoever. Obviously it's not meant for dining/kitchen areas where spills are inevitable.
I have tried to post my complaints previously and they were taken down. I had to have 3 different batches of wood delivered before one was sufficient for install (my contractor told me it was not even worth installing). I had to help load/unload myself, I had the company refuse to give me any refund...Plenty of problems with service.

I really like the look of this product. Other brazilian cherry types of flooring were too dark for me but this one was lighter. The select grade was pretty uniform and not too much variation in colors, which is what I wanted. The manufacturer recommended not using a tapping technique to get the floors to click in but I found that this was necessary and made getting the boards to snap much easier. The most difficult part of this project for me was the first few rows (my floors were old and getting it to lay evenly was very tough and discouraging at first). What I found was that as I added the second row, it flattened out as the second row held it down. The other difficult part was cutting the bottom off of a couple of door ways to get the boards under them to look natural. However, I determined that I had cement in one door (I have an older house) and this is why it was so difficult. The other doors were much easier to cut. I do have a few places where my floor squeaks and it did not previously (I installed over top of older hardwood floors.) I am investigating if there is anything that I can do to resolve this.) But, I am very happy with these floors.

I had our contractor install in in a new house. He said it was the easiest he had ever installed. Although he found about a dozen bad pieces, it wasn't that much when you consider he put down 1032 sq ft. It looks really great and have had alot of complements on it..

I went to a couple of your generic competitors to see what I could get for a similar price. Although cheaper ($) products were available, these products were much cheaper in quality. The colour in your product pops, looks fabulous and the thickness of the veneer was obviously thicker by a long shot. I will be purchasing more of the same in the future and the staff were very supportive. Great experience all around.

We installed 600 sq ft of this flooring ourselves in a sunroom and it looks amazing. We have the non-click version though. Same flooring but it was before the clic version came out so we have a floating floor that actually glued together in the grooves. So it was a more detailed install.
The only problem with this flooring is the scratching - It's not really scratching, but more like denting from dog nails. Long scratch-like dents, but the surface of the finish stayed in tact.
Overall though, I'd buy this again for the same house with the same dogs. We get lots of compliments about the floor all the time.

This floor was easy to install and looks great! We are amateur installers at best and this floor looks great.
