Our home is English Tutor style, and with these floors it looks fantastic. I gave these floors the highest rating because I love the look, color, and the fact that it hides dust so well. We had them installed about a month ago and we have not had a single scratch (we used felt under all our furniture). We are very happy with this product.

Service & Delivery comments:

We were very happy with the service we received at Lumber Liquidators in San Antonio. We received our flooring early. The trim took a little longer, but I comunicated with them tru emails and they answered promptly. We had leftover boxes that they reembursed without a problem. I give Josiah and everyone that helped us in San Antonio a "10" in service. Thank you

The veneer is VERY thin, so you can forget about scratch susceptibility and refinishing. The color is great! Installation harder than it should be due to poor manufacturing and warping.
