Product was well packaged. Self-Explanatory on how to install. This was the 1st time I have installed engineered flooring and it was not a problem at all. It would have been advantagous to for the packaging to include templates for doorways.

Got 400 sq. ft. of this flooring. Pretty easy to install. Have to make sure that it clicks in place and use carpenter's glue/wood glue to glue the first run atleast and all the ends once you have them in place. I didn't and read the instructions on lumber lidquidator's website. Took the floor apart and redid it right according to instructions. The only complaint I would have is that it tends to warp. We sat it in the sun and the warp came out in a couple of hours or for the day, make sure no clouds or rain of course. Had a contractor that couldn't figure it out and said it was bad flooring, but needless to say I fired him (for more than just that). I installed this in my master bedroom and dining room. Absolutely love the color the feel, etc. [...]

first off I will say it was my dumb idea to get dark wood flooring with kids, and a dog because it shows every little dust particle. Second of all, These floors I was told were durable and would not need to be re finished, but there are scratches alllllllll over them already. I could actuially scratch it with my fingernail, it leaves light colored scratches in the dark wood and looks terrible
