Hired a pro installer and was there for most of install. Quite difficult to put down. No one at LL told me I needed to purchase the underflooring material. Caused a big delay. Installed floor looks and feels cheap, sounds very hollow. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend LL to anyone.

excellent product, one unadvertised flaw

I love the appearance! A very attractive flooring, warms any room. the only drawback, if one would call it that is that one must seal the installed product after its installation despite its advertised "Pre-sealed" description. the flat portion of the floor comes very durable, but the slits between the pieces after installation are vulnerable to moisture invasion. All one needs to do is fill these slits with a wax based sealer (thats the one I recommend) and the floor will last a lifetime! If this sealer is not applied, one risks warping the veneered top.
