I like the product is durable easy to take care and easy to install.
Product was great. Went together easily and is attractive and solid. Should have had a proper tool to pull the panels together at the wall end of a row; but managed without it.
There were some gaps created because pounding one long board home occasionally caused the one next to it to slide.

Quick to install, MUCH thicker and quiter than the other stores (HD, Menards, etc).
Wife thinks it is better than sliced bread.
This stuff beats all the laminate we looked at in other stores ... 50% thicker at a lower price and it looks better. A win-win dea. Oh. and don't forget 12 months no-interest financing.
The flooring is to die for....

Love the Floors! Very attractive and easy to clean. The pre-attached foam makes walking thorugh the house a quiet experience in my 90 year old house...no more squeaky floors!

This kind of flooring is ideal for the handyman/homeowner. Would be nice to have an installation video for installing trim, transitions from wood to flooring etc. Inform the customer of what they need to finish the floor for a professional finished product.

We were hesitant about doing this ourselves but it out weighed the price of having it done. Once you put down the undersheeting it actually is a snap to put down. Measure twice, cut once. Use the right blade and buy the instalation kit. Use the block and not the bar to pound in place or you will pull up the laminate. You won't see it until it's too late. We are going to do the dining room and living room next. The upstairs bedrooms will be in the future. The hardest part is pulling up the old carpet and padding and moving the furniture. Thanks for a great product.

The floor is not too hard to install. It looks absolutely beautiful! Everyone that sees it can't believe it's not real wood and they all want to know where we got it. We're putting it in every room in our house except for the bathrooms.

We bought a house with carpet. It always felt dirty. We have replaced the whole house with this product. Not only does it look clean and shiney, it feels clean. I am in love with my house again!

Even after we took back three boxes because of a differnt lot number, some of the finish just isnt the same. Very close but not the same. Some boards look very glossy while others have more of a semigloss or haze to them. Like I said in the pros - looks like real wood. Other than the color variation, (it is very slight not that big of a deal but you cna notice if you are looking closely), the product is fantastic.Feels like real wood, cuts like real wood, sounds like real wood when you walk on it. THis stuff is thick 12mm or almost a half inch think. Plus the preattached padding is a bonus - nice and quiet.I had Quiet Walk down with my other product but did not need it for this stuff. [...]the finished product feels great without the quiet walk; plus there is no worry about the seems having to much articulation and coming loose. My buddies (professional floorer and myself laid about 700sq feet in about 10 hours, including closets, and transitioning into four rooms. The patterns are nonrepeating giving a real wood look. If you are doing laminate - go with the St James collection- you wont be sorry.Great product, great price, [...] I would use it again in any situation. Thanks Lumber Liquidators
