WIFE AND I BOUGHT ENOUGH MATERIAL TO INSTALL IN THE SMALL DEN. WE THOUGHT IF WE DID NOT KILL EACH OTHER INSTALLING IT, WE WOULD DO THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM. WELL,WE BOTH ARE HERE TO SAY THAT WE COMPLETED THE INSTALL[850 SQ FT] IN A 4 DAY WEEK END AND LOVE IT. WE ARE NOW READY TO PURCHASE THE MATERIALS TO DO THE HOME OFFICE
REALLY A QUALITY PRODUCT
We are so happy with our purchase! We can't wait until we are able to put it in the master bedroom & our home office. The hand scraped is really the way to go if you get laminate. I would also suggest the thicker(12MM)it just feels of better quality. We have three big dogs which is why we went with laminate and there is not a scratch on it yet. They are also much easier to clean than expected. I wouldn't waste money on the cheaper stuff that you may find out there, IT'S cheaper! Bonus..you get a 30 year warranty!! [...]
The handscraped finish and board width is what attracted us to this product. The installation was very easy once we were several boards into it. We wish it had more shine and gloss. Warning...if you live in a high dust area like we do (Arizona) you might be sweeping and mopping several times a week like us. As dark as the finish is, it shows every shoe and footprint so invest in some throw rugs for your entry ways.
We love this flooring...installed it in the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, living room and stairs...it is beautiful, installs easily and quickly, has very little waste, and doesn't have that typical laminate look that is so common. this is our third house with laminate and the quality and look are not even in the same category as the other two. We have installed thousands of feet of laminate and with the individually sized planks this goes together quickly with less cutting, staggering and way less waste. I highly recommend this.
I hired some friends of mine to install (I ripped up the carpet myself, yeah!). I added another layer of padding due to area is upstairs and I wanted another layer of sound protection. Seems very scratch resistant thus far, I have 4 pets and no signs of scratches yet.

Easy on legs & feet, it's in every rm except bathrms & laundry rm. I love the looks right after cleaning but smudges very easy & needs wet mop to get rid of them. wish it had more of a shine, would like to hear what the best product to use on floor & what not to use.

The Kensington Manor laminate exceeded my expectations, it even looks better once it's installed. I actually think that it's better than wood because it's much more durable. We have a dog and my big worry was that her nails would scratch the surface, but so far that hasn't happened. What I like so much about this particular laminate is that it looks like wood floors with the grooves and the hand-scraped finish. I would highly recommend this product and I'm already thinking about installing it in my living room!
It was perfect for my home and very easy to install.
I love my new floors! We did the whole house (about 1200 sq. feet) and it was easy to install, looks like real wood, and was easy on my bank account! The guys at Lumber Liquidators (especially Mike - the manager) were so helpful and friendly with our purchase - answered all our questions and were very thorough with the purchase process. I would definitely recommend these floors to anyone considering re-vamping a room or a whole house for that matter! I’ve attached some before and after pictures.

We were thrilled with how easy this was to install and how good it looks. I wasn't expecting the overall texture to look as uniform as it does (not quite as "hand-scraped" as I was looking for), but it does look really good, even so. It's a huge upgrade to our home!
This is the third house I have put laminate in, this is by far the best looking, does not have a hollow sound when walking on it, this is best type I have used, the thickest, I had not finished the room when my wife wanted to extended it into the family room.
The floors are beautiful.
We did scratch them moving heavy furniture.
But we used scratch filler and you can't tell the floors were ever scratched.
Used product in every room in house except the bathrooms, approximately 1200 square feet. It installs quick and easy. We had very little waste. Only negative, we wish it had a little more shine to it.

First time to install any laminate flooring, and I got the hang of it pretty quick. The only questions I had were on starting the first row, (Do I remove the first groove, or just leave it on? Answer: Leave it on.) The only thing you have to watch out for are the joints, and trying to keep them far enough apart. A fourth width would have helped on that.
Absolutely love the color. It leans towards the red side of brown. And that is what we were looking for. The online pics don't do it justice. And the texture in the product does lend itself to look more wood-like than just "printed" laminate.
It is thicker than most laminates I looked at, and that helps dampen the hollow sound other laminates have after install. The foam underlayment being adhesed to the laminate is the only way to go. That helps reduce the hollow sound even more.
I installed it in a study that also doubles as a children's TV room, so it had to be durable. I took a screwdriver and dragged it across a sample of the Summer Retreat Teak, and another flooring I was considering, and was amazed at the difference. The Teak only showed a slight indention, while the other showed a deep gouge. Laminate all the way for durability.
I had not even finished the intall, and my wife was already thinking about me installing more of the same in the dining room and the family room. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Thank you Lumber Liquidators for a wonderful product, and excellent prices.

I put this floor down in my front room. It was the first time we installed a product like this. I could not believe how easy it was to install. I'm going to purchase more & do my entire first floor. The floor is beautiful...LOVE the product!

Awesome product! I waited months for this to be available and it was well worth it. I had 1800 sq ft of this installed by a handyman. It was very easy for him to work with and it looks great in every room. I have it in four bedrooms, dining room, living room and two dressing areas.
