Paid approximately [$] which covered the kids bedroom (12x12) and most of the hallway leading towards the living room. The floor was very easy to install and cut where needed. Whole job took less than a few hours with two people. Really impressed with the quality of the finish. Resistant against scratches from animals and moving furnitue. The joints however curled/warped quite badly from a large dog who wasn't yet completely potty trained. Water, juice, other spills does not seem to have any effect. FYI for those with animals.

This flooring is excellent and very easy to install. Having the rubber underlayment preattached is a big benefit. Floor is beautiful and quite. Having individual planks helps the flooring to look exactly like a true wood floor. Very easy to take care of.

My husband and friend installed the floor.  It went together easily and the color and quality of the floor is great.  However, it shows EVERYTHING.  Not only dust and durt, but you can't even walk on it without leaving footprints.

I love this beautiful flooring. I had it installed in my dining room, kitchen, hall entrance and my living room. The only problem I have encountered is foot prints soon after cleaning- using the floor cleaner from "lumber liquidator". Does anyone out there know how to prevent this ongoing problem or how to maintain this beautiful flooring?

WE LOVE OUR FLOORS. THE INSTALLER SAID IT WAS THE BEST LOOKING FLOORS HE HAD EVER INSTALLED. IT'S GREAT WITH THE PETS. NO SCRATCHES. ONLY CON IS THE HIGH GLOSS SHOWS DUST.

The floor looks great! I didn't want laminate flooring that looked and sounded fake so this was a very nice surprise. I do already have a couple knicks in the finish (which you can touch up pretty easily)but they were from dropping tools. Just be careful when you install not to drop anything.

Floor looks great and installed like a breeze, the only problem we do-it-yourselfers had, was make sure every row is tight (using the shims) because when you start putting in the next row it tends to pull apart the row before. We also are having a little problem with chipping on the edges. Overall we are very happy with the floor. [...]

About a year ago we replaced the flooring in our condo with some laminate that we had bought at [...]. The price was right on it and we had a lot to install. I wish I had known about your store when we installed the product from [...]. Although the price was right the quality was lacking in so many areas. It warped, scratched, and was extremely hard to install. We just bought a house and decided to replace the flooring in it as well. After looking at all the other home improvement stores and warehouses a friend told us about your. Your store was the only place that had what we wanted at a price we could afford! i ordered a sample and i absolutely loved the color, and the shine is great. i loved it so much i installed it throughout.. bedrooms, hallway, living room, kitchen... its everywhere except for the bathrooms of course. its great THANK YOU lumber liquidators!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did not have any experience in installing flooring. The carpet guy (who also installs laminate) said the job looked professional and the flooring looked like the best he had seen. I am not going to say it was easy, but we took our time and the errors we made were fixed with colored caulk. We are very happy with our new flooring. It DEFINATELY beats the ponk carpet it replaced!!!

Installed fast and easily. The 3 different lengths provided per box helped reduce the amount of waste--we had little or no waste and installed it in less than 8 hours. It looks so much like real wood, we're planning to put in our living room, dining room and another bedroom. We already have laminate in our Family Room and it is of no comparison to the quality of St. James. It makes us tempted to rip out the old and replace with St. James. An excellent product and easy to install. Highly recommend to even novice installers. Truly the best bang for your buck!
