This morning I finished installing this flooring in my kitchen. I haved this floor in my Living Room, Bath, & Hall for 1 1/2 years and it still looks like new. As for ease of install...all I can say is I'm a 50 yo woman with a back problem and I was able to do it myself. As long as you know how to use a saw & hammer, aren't afraid to ask questions you can do it. The guys at Lumber Liquidators were very good with suggestions on some problem areas I had.
Product was installed throughout a condominium. I like the finish in that it doesn't show a lot of the dirt that was very noticable w/ my other laminate flooring. I was somewhat disappointed at the color that I received as it was much lighter than the color I thought I had originally ordered. The finish is also textured rather than a gloss finish. However, I am still pretty satisfied w/ the product overall.
This was my first go 'round with laminate. I t wasn't that difficult to install just very time consuming. 3 1/2 days,(10-12 hour days)for 3 people to install approx. 800 square feet of flooring. I had no intensions of installing but our flooring guy backed out on us. That said I did like the pad pre-installed on boards and it looks great. I only wish the home builder could build a straight wall.
One other thing...get pine quarter round and stain it cherry...you will save a few bucks and it also looks nicer.
Have a pro install unless you have plenty of time to do it yourself! I spent a full seven days to finish living room and hallway. Would be easier if boards were more randomly cut to begin with, there are only 2',4', and 6' pieces, so you will be making plenty of cuts for the beginning and ending of rows! Laying a laminate floor as a weekend project is a complete fallicy! Be patient!!
I used this throughout a 2 level condominium. It is very easy to install. I especially love that the underlay padding is attached to each plank, allowing you to skip the step of laying this down before.
Looks great all over. I've gotten compliments from everyone.
Look's beautiful and was a sinch to install.
Let me start with this, the floor is beautiful!! It is a "soft" pattern, and resembles a real wood floor. The "wood" pattern is very soft, from across the room you may not see a well defined wood grain in low lighting. Having the pad attatched to the product is wonderful. It gives it a nice solid feel under foot. This is a very good quality product for the price. Now the con.I listed myself as a pro, because that is who I had install the floor. He said it took him twice as long as usual, due to the single 3 1/2 inch planks. They also range in length from 16", to 31", to 47". The 16 " one really perplexed them. They had to lay it out in a pattern to make it look right. Having said this, they also said it was a very nice floor. They would not suggest any one but a professional to install this floor.
The instructions didn't explain how to work the
flooring around/under door frames. The 1/4 round
trim looks cheesy, and it seems too large. Also,
in estimating how many boxes were needed, it kinda
sucks that I have 4 boxes left over.
Our house looks brand new again with the beautiful flooring that we have. I have recommended Lumber Liquidators to friends who now are having their home done.
Hello Lumber Liquidators the flooring we bought from you was a very good choice. Looks like the real thing. And the price was the best, and we know forsure because we shopped around. Thank you Very Much Lumer Liquidators and we will be back.
We were over carpet and decided on this flooring looks great!! It was easy to install 1 full day we have enough left over to install in our office. We will eventually be replacing our carpet in hall and living room with this flooring.
Our family room opens onto the patio, and ease of cleaning is important. Our Roomba robot whips out and keeps it looking great. Our daughter and son-in-law installed it and did a perfect job. They do have an execclent saw.
I put this product down over 600 sq ft in a rental. Looks really good, but the V-groove is a little difficult to clean. Also, has chipped in a couple places due to our inexperienced installation.
This flooring is great for families with children, pets, or an elderly family member living with them.
It cleans up great, is wonderful if you have allergies, or if someone has arthritis.
We love our floors!
This is a great product. It is a beautiful color, and it also has a nice texture.
We installed it in our family room and dining room about 18 months ago, and have not had any complaints. This summer we plan on putting it in all 4 bedrooms, the hall way and on the stairs.
It really stands up to the test of kids and pets.

We used this flooring in our son's house in the dining room and kitchen and just installed it on one of our bedrooms. Love it.
I have had this product for a few years.. it is very durable. I have 2 dogs with sharp nails, and there are no marks, scratches, etc. I plan on putting it in another bedroom. I do hear a lot of tap tap tapping when the dogs are walking in the rooms. I have put in a few small area rugs to make it quieter.
I was a little worried about trying to put this floor down myself however it was very simple. Almost too simple. I am extremely pleased and would recommend highly. The three inch strips as opposed to the larger laminates really makes this look great.

We undertook a fairly large project, with a limited amount of time. We installed this product through the entire house (almost 2000 sq ft total)
The single strip planks do take more time, but it is well worth it. I have had people come into the house, get down on their hands and knees, and still swear to me that it was hardwood.

Floor looks great after one year of use. We have an 80-lb dog, and a child. Not one scratch yet. This stuff is tough. The only downside is that the floor shows dirt easily. Other then that install is a little tough but well worth it for its durability.
We are very pleased with the floors so far. They are easy to keep clean and really made a difference in the house. We are on the last bedroom now. They look great.
Thank you,

This Product is Very Easy to Install for the Novice to the Professional. I have had many inquire on who or what company installed my floors. To see the look on their faces when they find out me and a buddy installed it in one (1) week end is just priceless!
Good flooring for a DIYer . Make sure you buy the tool kit for installing
Easy to install with great finish. Can't hear someone walking on it from floor below. Smooth finish and just the right shine make the room very a comforatble loft.
I put another Lumber Liquidator laminate in my kitchen. It was so easy to install and it looks so great that I decided to cover my very old oak floor in the living roon. This product is particularly nice because it has a beveled edge that shows off the individual strips. It looks like real wood. But, the flooring is warmer and softer on the feet because of the elastic layer on the bottom of the laminate. Highly recommended - easy for the average homeowner to put down without assistance.

I loved it and it was really easy to use. The hardest part was the tapping certain pieces in place. Messed up on a few of those but otherwise it worked wonderfully.~ Lise Fuller [@]
We bought enough to do both of our kids bedrooms and had a little bit left over (a box and half to be exact). So we have decided we are going to put it in our dining room also. We bought more padding to put under it since our kids would be playing on it and we live on a slab. It is a blue backed moisture proof barrier and it added about the same amount of padding that was installed on the boards. We had a few problems at first during install but overall it was easy. I don't like that you have to rip the click edges off the first boards, I really don't think it is necessary but I did it anyway. I can not attest to the durability yet as it has only been a few months but we have cleaned up spills with no problems. [...].
Pick it Up at the Store..Let it Sit for a bit..Tear Out the Carpeting..make sure you get the knee pads..and a helper to click in...and check your work..just go for it!!

The product is beautiful once it is all in, but it does take a lot longer because they are individual boards and it is a little hard to get the hang of until after quite a few rows. Otherwise the end product was beautiful, very natural looking, and looks very real. My family was very pleased with it!

I WILL BE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT SOON TO PLACE IN OUR TWO BEDROOMS.. WAS FAIRLY DIFFICULT TO GET THE FIRST COUPLE OF ROWS STARTED BUT FLEW AFTER THAT. LIKED THE V GROOVE AND THE FEEL OF THE GRAIN.

This floor looks great! Takes time to install because of the varies sizes and 3" width. I noticed it separates easily at the ends. I'd use the brand again but maybe not this style because of the time consuming install. Something that would go together easier.

This floor is beautiful and easy to install. We have in our kitchen and I love it

Labor intensive due to 3" widths. Underlayment is already attached and may be a lil too thick. I weigh under 160 and the floor has quiet a bit of bounce to it. May be more noticiable for heavier people. Looks great after install. Flipped house so I don't know the long term outcome of floor. V groove is a strong positive.

This is really easy to work with and you can get a little creative with the repeat pattern....it is worth trying. One good thing about the moisture barrier other than the obvious, is that it is slick, and after your floor is laid, and before you do your base boards, you can scoot it a little to square it up. It doesn't sound "clicky" when you walk on it. It does take more time because of the individual boards, but it looks more natural. I'd say a day for 10 x 12 room.
