Looks wonderful and feels good underfoot. The color compliments our new granite counters.

We're very happy with the purchase so far. The install was fairly easy and outcome was well worth it.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality flooring.
im very happy with the product and would reccommend it to all my friends!!!
This was the best product by far for the play room. Where else can you find high quality flooring that can hold up to just about any child and look great at all times. We are very truly satisfied with the product that was sold to us [...]
I have had the flooring in for a couple weeks now and I love it. So far so good.
Thanks....

I have had this in the heaviest traffic areas of my home for one year. It looks exactly as it did the day I put it in.

I have the product in my entire first floor, including the kitchen and powder room areas. I found it very easy to install if you are reasonably crafty and it looks great. I'm very pleased!
I like this floor as it is easy maintenence, looks great and is durable and the price was right

instructions helped but could have been more informative in starting out with the lay out of room

This project was a long time coming, and we discussed at length about whether or not to do it ourselves. I ended up winning, and saved over $1,500 by doing it myself.
I was a little scared as I pulled up my carpet and linoleum flooring, and the "No turning back now" thought came into my head, but as soon as the first row of wood was in place and locked in I knew it was going to be a project I could handle.
The pieces fit together very well, and had a very even color, texture, and finish throughout the 20 boxes that we put down.
Tip: #1 tool to have before you get started...Compound Miter Saw with a new blade. If you don't have one, rent one. Tell the rental company what you're doing and they will most likely put a new blade on for you.
Tip: If you have a bay window to work with, make sure your pieces start on that wall. If you are cutting pieces at angles as your final piece for that row, it is very hard to get them clicked in snug. Starting on that will allow you to cut all of the starting pieces angles at one time, saving you lots of time.
Tip: Don’t take any spacers out until you are done with the room. While you are tapping in pieces, even far away from earlier sections you worked on, other sections will try and pull apart slightly because of the vibration.
Tip: (This is where I messed up a little)…Focus on not having a pattern in your joints. It will look sloppy in sections if you end up with a repeating pattern and the joints are even just a little off.
Hope this helps. Enjoy the photos.

We put it in our kitchen and it warmed it right up.
We can't believe we did it. We thought for sure something would go wrong just because there are so many corners and cut outs in our kitchen and we've never done any diy projects besides painting.
Love the product love the look! Very Happy.

This is a great product and easy to install all you have to do is follow the easy directions.
This is the 2nd laminate floor I've put in and it is superior to the first one in every way. I am considering a down size to a townhouse and if I do I am going to buy this again and do my entire house in it with the exception of stairs and baths. I think this is the best floor for the price anyone could offer! Although mine cost me [$]. so the price has gone up and there was no minimum on the price before.
We've put this in our masterbath, and put a rug in front of the shower which we pick up after each use to keep water away from the product. Looks great and easy to keep clean.

This product is really good looking once it's done. I had a little trouble getting the first few rows started and during the installation I found that the ends of the planks tended to seperate if I tapped too hard when installing the next row. I have installed the "Pergo" type of floorimg before and although this goes down slower,it looks 100% better. (buy knee pads)
the finish is great and very durable
random lenths are are plus!!
Great product.[...]

We are doing our entire house in the red oak. I was unaware that it came in random lenths and would of prefered for my application too have been able to cut my oun lenght per room. Have had about 3 percent damaged out of the box. Don't really like the quality of the trim parts. All in all very little waste. Seems to be quiet when walking on it over concrete floors. Would use again.
I installed about 200sq ft in my kitchen and we love it. I tore up ceramic tile and laid this down. It took a good part of a day with the help from my Dad as I had alot of cuts. [...]
[...] Installation is going ok so far.

It is a lovely color and a beautiful floor.
It looks just like real hardwood only better
and without the fuss. I dropped a hammer on it
the other day and no dent, nothing. I was so
happy. Everyone who has seen it- loves it.
Great looking product.

I was only going to do a couple of rooms in laminate, but after seeing it installed, I'm putting it in the entire house (except baths and kitchen) to replace carpet. This stuff looks so good and wears nicely even with my big dogs. The laminate is unaffected by them...not so with real wood I have used in past houses. Also it is easily half the price of hardwood which I can't afford.
I won't say it is easy or difficult to install, that depends on your experience. Plan ahead, stagger your joints, and take your time. For me, not so bad other than crawling around on your hands and knees. I use a miter saw for end cuts to make it easier. It does take 2 people to install, especially with the long pieces. You can easily do an average bedroom in a day or 2.
I did find several defective pieces in that they had very small white spots on them. I culled all of those pieces out before I started and marked the bad places with tape. I used those pieces in inconspicous places such as where furniture would be (under a bed or dresser) or in a closet, or I cut the defects out and used the good parts for start or end pieces. I used just about every defective piece and you can't tell it (the defects were small anyway, but I knew where they were). I had very little waste and usually had about half a box of flooring left over at the end of a room (I bought 5% extra for waste).
I highly recommend this flooring...I am quite pleased with it...especially for the price.
Hard to cut around closets and corners
will be using this in the whole house.

Husband and father in law installed this flooring in our huge kitchen family room area and we couldn't be happier! Neither of them had ever installed this type of flooring, and it was a bit of a slow start as they wanted to make sure everything was just right; but it turned out absolutely gorgeous! It's been about 6 weeks now and I love it so much. We will be putting in more of this very soon. One thing we did do however just to insure no problems in the future with little gaps in the ends, was to put just a tiny drop of good wood glue on each end before setting in place just as an extra precaution. This was recommended by a couple of folks that have laid laminate in the past. Overall we couldn't be happier.

Installed the floor in October 2006. 1 year later and it looks as good as it did when first installed. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and living on a gravel road I'm amazed at how well the surface finish has stood up. Don't let the extra time it will take to install the 3" planks scare you away, they make all the difference when it comes to finished appearance. Have installed other laminates before and this is by far the best. My only issue is there are 1 or 2 gaps on the smaller edges of a couple of boards. Not sure if these developed after install or I missed them during install but they are minor and have no effect on the look or durability of the floor.

We purchased this product after extensive comparison shopping. We had it installed in all three bedrooms, dining room and entry foyer and hallway after ripping up the existing ceramic tile. Because we have three young boys who were at the time 3yrs and 1 yr old twins, we chose to have the floor professionaly installed. It took just two days, and I swear, my 1600 sq ft home seemed to triple in size! Exceptional quality, and great price! My only concern is that now, about 15 months since the instalation, weird scuff marks seem to have permeated underneath the surface of the wood grain. The surface itself is not scratched, when you run a hand over it, it is fine. But at certain angles, when a glare hits this specific spot, you can see what seems to be scratches or scuff marks...It is driving me crazy! I have tried every cleaner/mop/solution on the market, nothing helps. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

We are new homeowners trying to remodel our new home when we stumbled across the Vienna Red Oak. Unlike other laminates that come in bigger sizes so installation is easier, this brand carried individual planks. This gave the floor a much more real hardwood look.
It did take longer than anticipated to install because you don't want all of your grooves lining up so plan on cutting quite a bit! Overall the look is great and the 3mm padding underneath is really quite sound proof! We have two kids and two dogs and everything has wiped straight off this floor! I would recommend to anyone who can work a saw and a tape measure! GOOD LUCK!
We love everything about this floor except the locking feature needs redesigning. The floor tends to seperate at the width edges no matter how tightly you pound them together, forming gaps. Haven't had any problems with gaps on the the length edges. This problem is the only reason I wouldn' recommend this product.
After I had the pattern set it was easy to install. Only disappointment I have is that I did not purchase this product on an earlier project.
This product is amazing. Between our dog and our 3 yr old, we have proven the finish is durable. We've had it now for 2+ years and it looks just as incredible as the first day. Take your time installing, it makes a difference. Only disappointment is the small gaps between the pieces that have developed over time. There not bad, no one ever notices but it's catches my eye once in a while. I will continue to recommend this product!!
We were so satisfied after installing the living room,(15' x 32')that we decided to replace the carpet in two additional bedrooms.
We installed a different brand in the dining room and kitchen about three years ago or we would probably would changed it after seeing theVienna Red Oak.
What I am saying is that we are extremely satisfied.
Just installed in 750 sq foot basement, couldn't be happier with the look. I did have to redo the first room - don't rush the install! The boards tend to separate on the first row until you get the hang of it. 3.5" pieces make all the difference in randomizing the appearance (be sure to create large waster pieces to start the next row - no waste!). However, there's no way to rush this floor without getting gaps.

We spent time looking at a lot of laminates, and this one was the most attractive and natural-looking. We're currently installing it in 3 of 4 bedrooms (the master suite gets "lock&fold"
engineered oak, which matches the laminate in color but with a satin finish). We couldn't be happier with the results, and everyone who sees it loves it. The individual planks make all the difference. The only thing to be mindful of is the repeating pattern so that you don't lay two identical planks side-by-side.

great product. Just installed Nov 06 and really love the product.Actually was just on website ordering more for spare bedroom and stumbled accross the review section.I would recommend this product to anyone with kids or alot of pets. It is super durable and practically scratch resistant. The finish is great. The only issue was a few boards had residue of some kind on them. Usally the top 2 boards in the box.Otherwise very happy with performance
