We've used this flooring in every room of our house except for the two bathrooms and our kitchen. I bought it because of the finish and price.

I did wonder if I was doing myself a disservice by purchasing such a cheaper (cost-wise) product, but we have had it in our living room/dining room area for two years and have NOT been disappointed! We have a small house with three children and two dogs, and this stuff is holding up VERY well!

I highly recommend this flooring - and I have literally recommended it to friends looking for laminate. It looks great and it's easy to install!

For a floor that was actually cheaper to install than the same size for carpet, it is fantastic. I wish it was a little bit more durable as far as scratching but it looks great.

I used this product on my living and family rooms, a hallway and 3 bedrooms. Installation was easy. I had to make many special cuts to fit and the boards help up well without cracking or splitting. I'm very happy so far with the look and durability (I have 4 young children giving it the stress test) It is early but for the price, this can't be beat

This was way easier to install than I thought...I think I was a bit intimidated but after a few learning moments, a middle aged woman and her 13 yr old son did a pretty good job. We bought the bucket, which was worth it for the little wood tapping block! The spacers were a bit confusing at first, then we hit the dreaded heating vents but decided to place the laminate down, mark it, and use another saw to cut the holes later. The knee pads came in handy, but a pillow or cushy piece of foam would have worked as well. After 4 hours, we managed to get down a nice 11x9 room. We have to do the remaining kitchen area over vinyl tile, so we are hoping the transition piece does what it is supposed to. Patience, time and a good attitude is a must!

This laminate saved the day for us really. We first bought laminate twice this price from the big Lo*** thinking we'd get good quality material. We started our bedroom and let me tell you - two days of nightmare! We returned the rest of it.

After a couple weeks recovering from the shock we bought some of this laminate from LL and in less than three hours my husband and I completed our son's bedroom - it was EASY to install, FITS perfect and once installed looks smooth, shiny and resistant.

We just bought some more to replace all of the flooring in our house and can't wait to install it.

Some trouble snapping together otherwise easy to install. Hard to get the dog paw prints off without getting down and rubbing but, small price to pay for how big and beautiful the rooms look. No bad smells like some floors and the price was right. Worthy buy as I feel it will help us sell our house due to how great it looks!

great floor. gorgeous color! If you have a tendency to drop things on your floor, or have animals, this good floor because it is hard to scratch or dent. Being the 5 star clutz that I am, I have certainly given this floor a good dent test. The only thing I don't like is the texture--it is very smooth. This is not a good foor for people who like to walk about in socks and not slip. That being said, the price is right. I will probably finish the upstairs bedrooms with it, but avoid using it in the hall and on the stairs.

I had looked around at the big home improvement stores and priced this same floor and it was 3 times more expensive. We bought it one weekend and installed it the next. It was our first time installing a laminate floor, it took a few rows to get the hang of it. But after that it went really good. Buy the installation kit that lumber liquidators offers with the tools to use. It is cheaper there. The only thing that I would caution on would be careful with the edges and corners some of them are really easy to peel back the finish. All in all our living room looks fantastic. We have a two year old and so far it has held up to her sharp toys, spills and sticky messes. (no scratches, bubbles or discoloration). I clean it with a shark steam mop and it looks great.

We installed this floor in both our living room and dining area and a small hallway in our condo. We priced around and Lumber Liquidators were BY FAR the least expesive. We were lucky enough to have a close friend with lots of experience with the installation so that saved us a ton of money also. However I will say if you dont have the right tools and the knowledge that comes with installing laminate floors it can be very diffcult for just the average person to install alone. It took us 3 days to get it all completed. So definetely a lot of work but well worth it. The floors look absolutely fantastic. What a difference it made in our place. Highly recommend it.

we bought this for our bedroom and it the hardest part of putting it down was the removal of the furniture and carpeting from the bedroom before the installation of this laminate. This was my first attempt to install flooring. I had to start over a few times but after the first couple rows were down, the job went smooth. Make sure you have all the tools necessary. Spacers, pullbar, and hammer. The underlayment was pretty easy to work with. I just had a crib to work with in the room as we couldn't get it through the door. Overall, it's a really great look and we're happy with the look.

Flooring has attractive finish but strips would not click together and hold. Thought I had the floor locked and when I walked on it it begin to seperate. I used this in a storage area so I finally had to use some nails to hold it in place.

We were fed up with our disgusting stained carpet but needed a budget-friendly solution. The norway oak is beautiful and it makes the room look a million times bigger, and classier, and nicer. The first couple of rows were a pain in the neck to get right, but once we got the hang of it, it got much quicker and it looks amazing. Definitely going to do some other rooms with this laminate! I noticed another posted said to nail the spacers in place before install. Had we done that the first couple of rows would have been a LOT easier.

We put this floor down in our spare bedroom. It looks great and was easy to put together. It was durable in the way that when we put the floor together the flooring didn't break. We are very pleased with our purchase. The staff at the store was very helpful in any questions I had. We used this product in our basement and it was really really easy to install. We had it completed in one day. It definitely served the purpose we bought it for. If I did put it in another part of the house though I would have purchased a better quality underlayment. It does make noise when the dog walks across it. It looks really great.

This product was extremely easy to install by myself, as a Novice DYI. The subfloor is concrete, so I researched what was the type of flooring I could use in my living room. The price was great, the reviews were great, the salesman assured me it was easy to install, which I found it to be true! I used the Quiet Walk underlayment which is a nice padding for this flooring. It is very comfy to walk on whether in bare feet or shoes. The best advise I received by the salesperson and would pass onward, take your time, be patient, it looks fantastic when done.
I used the basic install kit, a hammer, jig saw and a small circular saw. The room is 12' x 22' and took a day for me to install on my own.

This product is ok for the price. When we decided to remove the carpet in the living room- entertainment room we decided to keep the purchase price to a minimum as we have a 9 month old daughter and figured she would do the floor in pretty good in her first 10 years of life as the warranty is good for 10 years. We purchased this flooring and it wasnt hard to install at all. During install I noticed a few of the patterns did not line up between the boards. After installing the flooring we noticed that some of the short ends of the boards were seperating we tapped them back in and the same thing happened a few days later in diferent spots. The product looks good when finished but doesnt lock together as well as the more expensive brands.

I was truly suprised about this product, if installed properly, this product looks beatiful and is very soft to walk on with proper underlay,

The hardest part to this job is getting your floor ready. The carpet installators use thousands of staples, once you get past that the installation is EASY.I would reccommend nailing your stabilizers to the wall, this keeps them from falling down each time you install a row of new planks. WE installed 400 sq ft of flooring in about 10 hours. Once you get the first couple of rows started it goes quickly. This floor is BEAUTIFUL and WOW the price you cannot believe. I am hoping to do my upstairs come spring. I just hope the same product is still in stock. This floor is easy to maintain, beautiful color, makes your room bigger and eliminates all the dust. The quality for the price is out of this world. I had NO broken or chipped boards, it was great. Thanks Lumber Liquidator.

One of the easiest floors I have installed, I used to install flooring for a living. Installed in my own home. Seams are flush and tight when installed properly, planks firmly lock into place. However pay close attention to patterns when installing, you might want to open several boxes and match patterns for each row. Try to hide mismatch patterns under furniture or along edges of walls.

I am a first timer here. This stuff is pretty easy to install. I watched alot of youtube videos before installing. I really recommend the kit. It was my best friend in this project so was masking tape. I did the entire upstairs of my house in one week. 800 sq ft. Look at pictures!!!

Looks great, and it is very easy to install. I would not use this product in a house that I planed on living in for a long period of time. The finish chips easily during install. After it is installed it is very hard to hurt this floor, that is one up side. Overall the floor is good quality not great quality. But I think [$] you could not get a better quality floor that is for sure. In short the floor is great for the price, but if you spend a $1 or $1.50 more a sqft you can get way better quality.

Our house was built in 1978 and had not been updated in any way. After painting it inside and out we ripped out the carpet, intending to put down real hardwood floors. Unfortunately we suffered a financial setback which left us walking around on cement floors for nearly two years. We decided we would look into laminate because of the price and imagine our surprise when we were able to get good-looking flooring for only [$] per square foot! We started installing along the long wall - about 30 feet down the width of the living room and the hall - and found that there was a bit of movement that required constant adjustment. When we got to the living room itself, it went very quickly and easily. We managed to finish in about 24 total hours and really love the look. I am a couch potato 32 year old mom of 5. My husband and I installed this floor in 3 or so hours in our 200 SF bedroom. This is our first home improvement project and we have zero training of any kind in carpentry or home repairs.

(we also used a jig saw to cut out the holes for the vents in the floor)

My dad installed this flooring for us in my kitchen. We are not planning on staying in this house for very long so we didn't want to invest a whole lot, just something to make it more livable and to look better for resale. This was very inexpensive rightfully so- its about the thinist floor you can get. But hey- it did the job. As you can see it made a world of difference in my kitchen! My dad did have a somewhat hard time installing, I think because of how thin and flimsey it was. He actually used a few nails here and there around the edges to help it stay together. For a $150 kitchen floor, I couldn't be happier!

Given the price of this product I was very impressed! Completely changed the look and feel of our house not to mention the reduction of allergy symptoms when the dust trap carpet was gone.

I've never worked with laminate flooring (or any flooring for that matter) and would bill myself as a novice/casual do-it-yourselfer. I ordered over 700 square feet of the stuff and was really nervous about what I had gotten myself into!

I found that it took a little bit to figure out how to do it, but once figured out, it went very fast. Working by myself I pulled the carpet out and prepped 350ish s.f., laid the vapor barrier, foam padding, and installed the flooring in one day.

It looks absolutely great! Not nearly as noisy to walk on as I thought it would be (foam underlayment is a must). We have 2 cats and a 12 year old and so far is holding up well but it's only been in for about 4 weeks so time will tell...

Things I learned along the way:

- A table saw will make the job MUCH easier. I started out with a hand held jig saw and screwed up about eight planks in a row before bitting the bullet. You can get one fairly cheap and believe me, it was worth every penny.

- Measure at least twice before cutting anything.

- Do the math and figure out how much you will end up with once you get to the other side of the room so you don't end up having to work with two inch strips (it's not fun). Cut the first row accordingly to avoid that.

- Try to lay the first few rows straight and square so you don't end up all crooked on the other side. This takes moving those rows around a little while in progress..

- going through doorways are a little tricky, again, measure twice.

- Don't think you can do it without the install kit. The tapping block and metal pull bar thing are priceless.

- Foam underlayment, you will be much happier :)

All in all I would recommend this product to my best friend in a heartbeat. For the price, the quality can't be beat (so far). I still have a couple hundred s.f. left to install (bedrooms) but am not worried about the task in the least! Good luck, have fun..

I bought this flooring to replace hideous carpeting in my bedroom. I was immediately attracted to the price, but fell in love with the look and the finish. Once the floor was laid, it was hard to decipher it from the largely expensive flooring I had put down in my dining room. People assumed I spent a fortune redoing my bedroom, but the truth is I designed on a dime! I could not be happier and intend to use this same flooring on my second bedroom in the near future. I would also like to note how simple it was to install. Truly a fabulous and inexpensive solution to what could have been frustrating and costly!

I used this in my basement a year ago. I didn't write the review until now to be sure that it would last. It still looks brand new. Very easy to install, It will go in my kitchen next. Easy to clean, looks good etc. I was afraid it would look cheesy for the price, but it didn't. I had some leftover material and placed it in a friends house for him also.

When we bought our home 3 years ago, we didn't realize the carpet was so bad. It was nasty with stains and had really been worn out. Unfortunately, we never seemed to have the funds we thought we needed to replace the floor. Our second son was born less than a year ago and he began to break out into hives from the carpet. After having it cleaned several times and not looking any better, we decided to look into laminate. I came across LL on HGTV's website and am so glad. My brother-in-law installed this (he's a really excellent DIY'er) and we are so pleased. I can't tell you how happy I am not to have to worry about stains or carpet anymore. And, what's best is that my baby hasn't broken out since. We have only had it for one week, but I can tell that it's very durable. I took a scrap piece and beat it with toys at the pressure that I thought my kids would. The only thing that dented it was the head of a screw driver hitting it with very hard force. So, it is good floor! We plan to install in the upstairs of the house now.

I like this but sometimes wish i had gone for the thicker laminate. Install was easy. Dog peed on it the first night and it wiped right up w/ no damage. Other then the edges chipping sometimes during install I think it is wonderful stuff and you can't beat the price anywhere. I used it in the office living room and dining room and will probably use it when we start the bedrooms. Great Buy!

Best thing about it was the price. Then the easy install. I converted a walk in closet in my condo to a small toolroom. It's perfect. I intend to do the two bedrooms at some point but I'm looking maybe for a maple flooring of just a little higher quality with a similar price.

I have two small dogs and a cat. They destroyed my carpet in my mobile home. I needed something that could stand up to their claws! This is working great. It was easy to do, and it isn't scratching at all. I'm very happy that I was able to fix my problem for such a low price. I plan to buy more for the bedrooms.

Make sure to pick out different thresholds than the ones that come with it. They don't match at all. I went to the store and picked out my own.

This is a very easy flooring to install but some of the patterns didn't line up but when you look at it standing up it is hard to see. The panals seperate at times maybe due expansion but if it was locked in right I would think it would stay locked but it does not! The ends of the planks are raised so when you add the next panel they don't match but not all are like that! All in all I am happy with the floor. It beats carpet any day and is so easy to clean!! The price is right too!!!

Just read the box if you are not familiar with installing this type of floor, pretty much flooring for dummies. I have used this in a number of my rental property's over the past 4 years and just installed it in a bedroom addition I put on my own abode. Not as forgiving when it comes to unevenness in the sub floor as a 7mm or 8mm but you cannot beat it for the money.

The floor is great and I love it, but the only thing is the noise. I had carpet and I can tell the difference. But I really enjoy the flooring and if you have children it's great, no more spills and mess to clean up. And I'm going to put it in the other 2 bedrooms and maybe the livingroom also.

I don't mind this laminate, it's very cheap. I ended up buying the expensive underlayment to cut down on noise. The problem is when you walk across it in your socks or feet it makes a swish type of sound, similar to rubbing two sheets of paper together. If I had the extra money I would probably spend a little extra on the laminate in the future.
It's better than old linoleum!!!!!

for the money , it is worth it , i did a family room , hall , bathroom, diningkitchen combo and am happy with it ,, it was harder than it looks cause my house settled to square off had to use alot of spaces to keep it from moving, but overall its good , only thing i dont like is i see every drop such as water that does fall or wet shoe prints,,, hopefully there is a soultion i can use to help with that ,, i do like the color it blends well with furniture and i find it give a warm effect throughout the house .

i hope some one can recommend a cleaner , i do have the swifter,,, its ok

This product is OK, I feel I got what I paid for. It has a very dull finish/look, I was looking for something with a bit more shine. We installed it (very easy) in the living room. It's also very thin, which made it difficult to transition to the kitchen floor, but the transitions helped. I wish I would of spent a bit more and got what I wanted. It's not a bad product, but I would spend a bit more if you need flooring in a common area like a living room. It's also a 10 year warranty only, most are 20 year.

I love the flooring!! I got a great deal at .69 a sq. ft. The "only" complaint that I have, is about 75% of the boards dont line up on the ends. But once you get it laid you cant tell.

This flooring was installed in my family room. Wow, it looks fantastic! The flooring was fairly easy to install and it looks so expensive (but it wasn't). I am recommending this to my sister who has a house in Florida and they have two indoor dogs! Much better than carpeting.

I found this laminate as durable as the most expensive kinds when installed properly. Sub-flooring preparation is imperative to the finish you want and expect. I can't say enough about preparation!!

My boyfriend and I just bought a fixer upper that was unlived in for three yrs. Needless to say all the rugs needed replacing due to water damage.

I used this in my entry way. Since I am new at installing this and wanted a small area to start with. I got one package and it turned out great. It was easy to get started and the pecies fit right together the first time. The Only con for this product was the fact it is a 6mm board. As being new to installing this and if I made a mistake or did not like it I would not be out more then [$]. I damaged one board with while installing it just took a small bit of the finish off. I just sealed it with some clear nail polish so moisture would not get into it and warp it but other then that it looks great. I think for heavy traffic area's I would use a thicker board and get the better underlayment to dampin the sound.

Very easy to install. An amateur who has never laid flooring can install this. We installed it in our living room, dining room, kitchen and hall way. We are now ordering it for our bedrooms. It is the easiest flooring I have ever taken care of. Swiffer sweeper dry and wet takes care of anything from crumbs to spills from kids. I will never use carpet for my flooring ever again. Our allergies are almost gone after 10 years of having carpet in our living areas. We even put a scrap piece outside for testing during extreme rainy and stormy conditions. Example: It rained over 3 inches in a few hours. It never warped, bubbled or faded. I was amazed. We even took a hammer and beat it. Nothing happened. We took a nail and it never scratched. Amazing!!!

I purchased the product to use in the family room, dining room and hallway leading to the bedrooms. I am not handy what-so-ever so myself and my roommate had a difficult time installing and prepping the house the week before. If you are handy than you will not have any problems.

We did not stagger the floor in the living room but still like the way it turned out! Remember to stagger and if you don't know what that means ask someone before hand :-)

Very beautiful finish and it really opens up the rooms and looks clean and professional! I was nervous about the product being so inexpensive but you can't tell at all. The bedrooms were already hardwood, but if they weren't I would install in the three bedrooms.

We are having the remaining 200 sq. feet installed by a professional to save our knees and time. In the future if I ever sell the house I may take up the product and install "correctly" for the next buyer but it looks amazing now anyway. Now that I know from the professional what I did wrong I am sure I can handle it in the future.

Had to replace parts of my subfloor in my kitchen due to a leaky water line going into the fridge. I decided to finish with this product. It looks great. It took me a while to lay 300 sf because of a lot of angle cuts but the boards were fairly easy to install. Once I got the hang of it, it went pretty quick. The boards are very tough and seem durable. Time will tell. All in all I was able to lay the flooring with underlayment for less than $1 sf. What a bargain for a good looking easy-to-clean floor. We purchased a very old home with horrible carpet and installed these floors in both living rooms, both bedrooms, dining, kitchen, upstairs landing, halls, and the daycare room. It really opened the room up and did wonders for the home. Difficult part was the cuts. We had the boyfriend do the cuts and installation, but the directions were not read, hmmm, go figure. Installed with all the seams in one direction and it was raising. Explained the directions show a staggered layout, we had to pull up and redo, looks terrific! If you read the directions and know how to cut it is simple!

This floor is great! Installed in in our kitchen about 3 weeks ago & it's really nice looking, very comfortable to walk/stand on and really easy to clean - even if you spill paint on it! The seams are virtually invisible.

My husband and I purchased this for our dining room. We had old hardwood floors that were extremely damaged and looked horrible. It was EXTREMELY easy to install. All you need is a jigsaw or circular saw, a measuring tape,the laminate flooring installation kit,a hammer and a pencil or marker. We purchased the higher quality underlayment and it worked out wonderfully. I would HIGHLY recommend this product. Easy to install,looks great,wears and cleans well. Now all my friends and my mom want to buy it and want my help to install. I will definitely install it in the rest of the house. Great Buy!

I saved a ton of cash not going with carpet and taking the risk on doing something I had never done or seen before. With a little time I had floored the whole house except for the kids bedrooms. I wish I would have now. It looks great and took nothing but the product and a jigsaw to get it down.
My only gripe is that I might have gone with a thicker board so it matched the adjoining tile in hight. Other than that, a steal if you ask me!

I would recommend this flooring to anyone who is looking for a beautiful floor at a terrific price. I had my floor installed in one day in the family room and we been enjoying it every since.

I have never done any flooring and but decided that was the best way to go. I found it to be so easy to install that I opted to go with laminate in the bedrooms instead of carpet. I am still looking for a cleaner that will remove smudges and marks as well as not streaking. My grandmother thought it looked so great I am going to do her bedrooms.

My husband and I had never installed any kind of flooring before but we installed this laminate floor in our large living room in two days time. It was not hard at all. And we love the way it looks... beautiful!
