I have used the Bellawood Brazilian Walnut on stairs and in a finished basement.I ordered the OddLot in the product to do a hallway because I had a little of the premium product left. When I opened my order of the OddLot I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and finish..just a few pieces with color variation but this looked nice as well. It looks great..Suzanne
