The only complaint we have is the finish on some of the edges cracked when we installed it. It looks like when we butted the pieces together the finish cracked when we nailed them down. I might suggest a microbevel on the ends to keep this from happenning again. It could cause a problem with the finish in the long run. Thanks.

we had installed the hardwood in a carport area the finish is great.The customers are completely satisfied with the product.we had only 3-4 boards out of 7 boxes that were defective.([...]

The boxes vary to much with lenghts, like some boxes had all short and some had alot of long stock, it should be half and half
