This dark wood was not very practical in the kitchen since every crumb shows up. The floor requires daily cleaning due to the dark color but it is beautiful.

I just installed this flooring in my living room and office area. I was very hesitant about going with the darker wood option, but it looks beautiful. Everyone that has come over to visit is amazed with the change. Although I didn't install myself, my installer commented on how well they fit together. These pictures don't do the room justice (with my camera phone).

I LOVE THE FLOOR, IT'S JUST WHAT I EXPECTED AND WANTED IT TO BE, I LOOKS FANTASTICE IN MY OFFICE. GREAT FOR A DO-IT-YOURSELFER, IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND.

took an afternoon to install a 12 x 12 room but was not that tough. My first time installing a hard wood floor and I would do it again.

I paid a reasonable rate per a square foot to have these floor installed, I think they look fantastic. Don't expect perfection, dark floors show imperfections more than light floors. I watched the guys do it, possible to do on your own, but buy extra wood, you will make mistakes. Take your time and anything is possible.

We did not have any trouble laying the floor in the dining room. Since the area is part of a high traffic area, the durability will hold up. The color is gorgeous and adds alot to the room. If you want an excellent floor at a excellent price, I recommend this floor.

I was a little afraid at first. So I asked lots of questions. [...] I am so pleased with my floors. everybody that sees them are in love with them. The variations in the colors make them look like they cost thousands instead of hundreds. Great price for an even greater product.
