I PURCHASED THIS TO INSTALL IN OUR BONUS ROOM. DID ABOUT 1/3-1/2 OF IT MYSELF BEFORE I RAN OUT OF TIME, HIRED SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE REST. IT IS DIFFICULT TO INSTALL ONLY BECAUSE IT IS TIME CONSUMING WHEN DOING IT ALONE AND THE ROOM WAS OVER 400 SQ FT. EVERYONE LOVES THIS FLOOR, IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I NAILED DOWN TO SUBFLOOR, WHEN USING AN ANGLE NAILER THE EDGES CAN SPLIT BUT CAUSED NO PROBLEMS I SAW. WHEN FACE NAILING, FINISH MAY FRACTURE, HARD TO FIND A FILLER THAT MATCHES. NO MAJOR COMPLAINTS, NO SCRATCHES YET DESPITE MOVING FURNITURE. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY, PURCHASE THIS WOOD!!!
