We have been very happy with the product. A few pieces not usable but not many. First time laying hardwood and it is going very smooth.
Pine is a soft wood so it will dent, but that also gives it character and a rustic sort of look. We would definitely buy it again.
Plus, the lady at the Albany location was very helpful and friendly out of all the locations we talked with.
This is really nice pine flooring at a really good price. Lumber Liquidators recommended buying an extra 5% for scrap/wastage, but out of 23 boxes of flooring, we only had a few small pieces left over. Virtually 100% was usable flooring. We used it on a large bedroom floor in a previously unfinished addition, and the pine floor is the first thing everyone remarks on when they see the room. We are extremely pleased with the floor and the value. (Also note that the 5" wide boards make for a quicker, easier installation!).

Chose this so that there would be no sanding. Marched our other floor great.

OK, so we broke all the rules about installing hardwood flooring in a bathroom, but that was the look we wanted and we could not find the right finish in an engineered flooring. Then my neighbor - an avid woodworker - stated that as long as we keep large amounts of moisture off of the floor, the pine flooring we purchased will last a looooong time. He really liked the finish as well and said that he has seen high quality pine floors like this in 200 year old homes in the east that are still in great shape. Apparently pine hardens as it ages and can last a very long time.
like it so much downstairs did the whole upstairs
this product was used in a second floor hallway and a den

This floor looks great. We put it in our 1200 square foot cabin. We did every room, except the bathrooms. It is very hard to install, but your installer won't do any better job than you can. I did it myself. Be careful what nailer you get. The wood is soft, so it's easy to dent. Make sure you aren't denting it while installing. I used a 2" angled finish nailer instead of a hardwood nailer to avoid damage. It has a groove, so cleaning will be a little tougher, but the finish is wonderful and easy to wipe off.

Beautiful floor, great price. Shows dents and scratches because pine is a soft wood. I think it adds to the character of the floor. Don't choose if you like a flawless floor. I put it in the family room, living room and dining room. Everyone loves it. Natural color ages to a beautiful honey color. A lot of work to install (like any wood floor).
