Comments about 3/4 X 2-1/4 Saddle Oak Flooring:
I purchased 200 s.f.(the recommended +20% for waste) knowing that I needed 153 s.f. Fortunately my installer was a well qualified professional because he used every bit of what we had, cutting and fitting even damaged pieces against the walls to finish the job. The most damaged pieces were the longest ones, so the job provided a lot of splinters and extra time for him. However, the color and quality match the 80 year old floor adjacent to the Saddle Oak and it looks good. The price was certainly right.
