I used much less extra sq ft than suggested. I use 500 sq ft. with very little waste. So I used the 23 sq ft to make stairs treads with a couple of pieces to spare. I put the flooring in two bedrooms and one hallway. The finish is very good. I found a few long board had a slight warp so used them in a closet or where I could straighten them out. Very hard wood that cracks the tongue when staples or nails are put in them.

Very attractive, plan to use it again!

I wanted hard wood that wasn't too yellow or too dark in color..this was perfect!
This color has a nice warmth to it.

GREAT FLOOR BUT TAKES A PRO WITH PROPER TOOLS AND TECHNIQUE TO INSTALL. CHOOSING THE PROPER TRANSITION PEICES IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ELIMINATE A BUMP COMING INTO THE ROOM.

I wanted to improve my home by adding an attractive solid hardwood product. Comparable flooring locally would have cost twice as much. I have it installed in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. It has performed wonderfully, even under the abuse of 3 children and high traffic areas.
