We have around 900 sq. ft. of this flooring throughout the kitchen, breakfast nook, hallway, and dining room of our home. I absolutely love it and am constantly getting compliments on the look and "feel" of the flooring. The handscraped texture is amazing. The only thing I can think of as a possible negative is that, because of the dark finish, it shows dirt and crumbs very well- but it is easy to clean and inspires me to keep my floors immaculate that way!

We had about 1000sq ft. Installed threw our Livingroom, Kitchen and dining areas. It is a great product. I have to say though, I would pick something lighter if I had a chance to do it again. The color is pretty but very hard to keep clean. For some reason I thought a darker color would hide the dirt. Boy was I wrong. It is perfect in the Living room but the kitchen was not a good choice as my son leaves a trail of crumbs. If you love this product I would suggest going with the teak as it is a little more golden in color and has more grain showing. I think it would hide the dirt better. The pattern of the grain is a little bold to get use to and can be a little unlevel when putting furniture on the raised surface of the floor. Please note this product does not have a high gloss shine. Also there are a lot of short boards. I don't mind but my installer was a bit surprised. Takes longer to install when the boards are short.

Beautiful floor, and only 3 warped boards in 650 sq ft of flooring. Easy install and great outcome.

While renovating our 1920's bungalow my husband and I installed these floors for the historic home look. I get compliments from everyone who sees them - even from delivery guys!!! The finish is so unique and the color is rich. Thank you.
