Beautiful wood

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 4" Natural Peruvian Santos Mahogany:

We love the variations of color in this beautiful wood. The exotic nature and the density of the wood required a manual nail gun for installation. Some areas required drilling pilot holes before nailing to prevent splitting. Also, some of the boards were not of the same thickness or width. However, due to my husband's ability to find a way to complete everything he touches with perfection, the floor came together beautifully. We may include this floor as part of our kitchen remodel.

Everyone who walks into our home asks what type of wood it is. We will be installing more of it as our remodeling project continues. We're even considering removing an existing wood floor that's only two years old and replacing it.
