What is "Select Grade"?Select Grade flooring contains natural characteristics such as small knots and minor color variations produced by differences in natural heartwood and sapwood; It does however maintain a more uniform color. Select grade flooring also has longer average plank length compared to Natural grade flooring products.

I like everything about this product, the fit ,the finish, and the beautiful mahogany color. The highest quality wood product I have ever seen. I would make furniture out of this wood not just floors!!!

I had a professional to install my flooring. He suggested Bellawood, but I wanted the Peruvian Santos Mohagany for the beautiful varing shades that blended very well with my kitchen cabinets and furniture in my family room. The final job looked beautiful. However, in my kitchen I did find a scrape in the floor from my appliances being reinstalled. So the hardiness of the wood is questionnaible for the kitchen area.

A good quality wood floor does not need replacing every ten years. These wood floors will still be here 100 years from now. Installation was easy. If you can use a tape measure and cut a straight line you install a wood floor. The finished product is 1000 times nicer and more beautiful than carpet. If you have pets then get rid of the carpet and save money by installing you own wood floors.
