THis is a very nice product I've used it now in all my rooms, very elegant, durable, fairly scratch resistant baring 18th month old and 3yr old antics. Very little waste, easy to clean. By the way I'm a "girl" and installation was very easy and went smoothly.
I would buy this product again

Excellent product. Uniform in color and tone. Lacks the luster and sheen of an old wood floor that has been redone.

This is a beautiful floor ,Satin finished and looks great. It was a hard floor to install, between the 10 lb. peice of equipment and having to bang, and bang , and bang . It took 2 days and 20 hours of no break, continious hammering. The end result is wonderful, satin finished floor.

This flooring product is best installed using a professional floor gun. 98% of the wood received was defect free. Occasionally minor bowing of longer boards was seen but this straightened out using the floor gun. Each box of 25 sq. ft. had a good selection of various size boards.
1-3/4 inch cleats are recommended but 2 inch are good also. The finish of the wood is very hard. Scratching of the surface is difficult to do. The color of this flooring changes depending on the light source. When seen with light from a window on a cloudy day wood appears more like walnut. Incandecent light renders wood red. The light in the house totally controls the color of this flooring.

Absolutely beautiful flooring. Good and solid. Color is perfect, very neutral but deep enough to look rich. It is easily knicked during installation so make sure you have a repair kit (probably true will most hardwoods).
