Comments about 3/4" x 4" Utility Maple Flooring:

I bought this for my families secondary living room, was a really good deal, some of the bales at the store had oak mixed in and had some really broken/unusable pieces, but the employess let me pick and choose my bundles which was great. overall I had about 30 completly unusable boards from 320 sq ft of flooring. This took extra work but came out exactly how I wanted it, installed the floor including the small pieces with 2 inch finish nails, and by laying everyother row long boards then short boards, once finished rented an sander from [...]t, did a quick 40 grit sand to knock some of the jagged edges off, then used a full sanding of 80 and 120 grit, to smooth it out, covered with 3 coats of minwax clear semi gloss polyurthane for floors, and the colors and imperfections look amazing, now i want to lay this in my kitchen as well.
