We are installing 1300 SF in our Cottage in Northern Wisconsin. The installation easier than anticipated, we had less than 10% waste. It sanded down very easaly. We finished it with one coat of sander sealer, and 4 coats of Acrylic Urathane Water Base. We are very satisfied with the product.
Good deal for what we needed.

Good deal for the price, most of it was in good shape, but with 5% extra we were being creative to have enough to finish.
