This product comes in square-edge or v-groove and my be mixed product. Utility grade material is sold as is-no warranty, no returns, no cancellations. Utility grade material is on an accumulation basis which means this item may have an excessive wait time. Unfinished flooring is sold in open, strapped bundles and is not sold in boxes.

For the Price you cannot beat it!!! Over-estimated for the scrap and have a lot left! If you like the look of rustic looking floors, you will love it!!!! They look like the original floors!! It is beautiful!!! We are do it your-selfers and with the right tools it was easy to install!!!

We are using the oak flooring in the whole upstairs of our home and in the 3 rooms downstairs. Bedrooms, gameroom, office and media room. We are in the process of sanding and will move on to staining this week. Love the way they look so far.
