Our Red Oak has been down a year now [...] Take your time on the sanding and finishing - its not hard and it makes all the difference. Easy to install but give yourself a bit extra wood and time to play with until you get the hang of it. A rubber mallet was a great help to tap it into place. We are preparing to do our family room, breakfast room and kitchen this year. Our realtor friend says it will dramatically increase our home's value - especially when we finish putting it in all the rest of the house.Way classier than laminate!

I believe the choice of this particular wood was made due to the limited availability of other types in unfinished form. The quality was great!

This wood product was excellent in quality and so good we decided to not darken it with stain but to leave it natural and simply polyurethane. It is beautiful.

OVERALL A NICE PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE. IF YOU ARE A DO IT YOURSELFER BE PREPARED TO RENT A SANDER. THE FINISH PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE CANT BE BEAT THOUGH. BEFORE YOU BUY PLAN ON PUTTING A LITTLE TIME INTO THIS JOB BUT THE RESULTS ARE WORTH IT.
