Colston & Sons offers traditional 3/4" unfinished solid hardwood in a variety of species. 2-1/4" to 5" widths.#2 RusticRustic grade flooring will have knot holes and open character which will readily fill and the most color variation. A limited number of pieces with no tongues which may be face nailed are also permitted.Unfinished flooring sold in open, strapped bundles and not sold in boxes.

I have yet to install this wood, the average length was about 3.5 ft a board also purchased the higher grade, average was around 6 ft a board to blend in.

A buddy and I installed over 3,000 square feet of this product in my new home. The millwork was very good, which made installation easy. Very little waste for a "rustic" grade. A little bit of filling, and fairly easy sanding. Wound up with a beautiful finished floor that everyone who sees it raves about it! You can't get a better floor for the price! I was going to buy a more expensive grade, but the manager of the local store in Columbus said I should "check out" the rustic grade...good call by him!

I used this lumber for a solid, durable, and attractive floor in my 16ft x20 ft workshop and it is superb.My son did most of the installation and he was also impressed with wood quality for the price.
