This is a beautiful piece of cherry wood. It was not too difficult to install ourselves and it looks great in our kitchen. It was also very affordable. We do have to be careful about getting water on it and wiping up any spills immediately but it is nice that you can just sand out a spot and re-oil it. We used mineral oil and the color of the cherry came out beautiful. We were not able to find sink clips that were long enough so we had to have custom clips made.

The butcher block counter top is just as descibed. I put some butcher block oil on it and it shines so beautifully that I would buy it again and again.
This counter top looks fabulous in our kitchen. It gives it a designer look that is much warmer than Granite at less than a fourth of the price!
This beautiful piece of wood gave my 1940s era tile kitchen real punch! It's beautiful and I'll likely be using the Williamsburg butcher block again on my next project.
easy and beautiful replacement countertop. one corner was damaged [...] but I was able to hide the damage.
