Sherrie Peckham – Superior, CO

beforeafter-592

Sherrie and her family updated the main floor of their house with our Dream Home Golden Sunrise Acacia laminate flooring, and the kitchen looks absolutely stunning! Dream Home offers a premium product that’s backed by a lifetime warranty. Our Golden Sunrise Acacia features a textured, distressed appearance for a beautiful rustic feel. Each plank showcases beautiful golden tones of red and brown and intricate wood-like markings. And when it’s paired with their stainless-steel appliances and dark cabinetry, our flooring looks right at home. When it comes to performance, its V-groove design and high-gloss finish make this laminate exceptionally durable and easy to installed. Plus, it’s engineered to resist scratches and stains while staying beautiful for years to come. It’s even moisture resistant. “Easy to install, and I think the finished product looks amazing,” Sherri wrote.

Thank you for your business, Sherri; love the look!

Ranae Montoya – Salt Lake City, UT

beforeafter-593

When Ranae purchased her home 24 years ago, half of it was finished with original hardwood while the other half was carpet. Recently, she ripped out all the carpet and laid our Morning Star Distressed Antique Strand Engineered bamboo flooring in the family room, small bedroom, and closet. Bamboo floors have grown in popularity over the past few years as people have become more aware of the fragile state of the environment. The best thing is that bamboo is rass rather than wood, which means it can grow far more quickly than a tree. The plant’s extensive root system continually grows underground and will replenish itself naturally as grass does. As a renewable resource, you can feel confident knowing you’ve picked a green option that performs just as well as other options. In Ranae’s family room, our bamboo floor adds a great deal of dimension and perfectly complements the fireplace. Its distinctive markings are also sure to set it apart from other types of flooring.

Thanks for sharing, Ranae; great work!

Jack Fisher – Fairview, OR

beforeafter-595

Bamboo must be in this holiday season because Jack also installed our Morning Star Prefinished Solid Click Strand Carbonized bamboo flooring in his family room! Morning Star offers one of the best bamboo floors on the market today. It’s produced from old growth bamboo reeds that are at least 4 years old, a standard for increasing hardness. Our Click Strand bamboo is naturally beautiful and an ecologically friendly product that evokes a feeling of luxury. Strand bamboo is twice as hard as oak and is an optimal choice for busy homes when durability is needed to stand up to the wear and tear of family foot traffic, active kids, and lovable pets. All Morning Star strand bamboo products are finished with a premium coating and backed by a 50-year warranty. It also comes with easy-click technology, so installation is a breeze! “I wanted a product that could take the sometimes-wet conditions of a kitchen and look good in the family room,” Jack wrote. “I think I got the best of both worlds with the bamboo product I selected.”

That you did, Jack; we can’t get enough of it!

Rich Daniel – Mechanicsville, VA

beforeafter-596

This pooch gives his/her seal of approval when it comes to our Virginia Mill Works Tobacco Road Acacia Prefinished Handscraped Engineered flooring, which Rich installed in his kitchen. Ages ago, colonial American homes were built with wooden floors that were sawn using basic hand-held tools. While the times have certainly changed, that hand-crafted workmanship can still be found in this flooring. While we think this is absolutely one of the most beautiful floorings out there, you don’t just have to take our word for it. It’s even been featured on TV! What makes this flooring so special? It has a natural worn appearance that looks like it was finished by hand. On top of that, because hardwood veneer layers are stacked on one another, this product is less susceptible to the effects of moisture and temperature change. All your neighbors will be able to say when they see your new floor is “Wow.” “We couldn’t be happier,” Rich wrote.

We’re so happy to hear that, Rich;

Tommaso Illiano – Burlington, NC

 beforeafter-594

Last but not least is Tommaso, who installed our Dream Home Boardwalk Oak laminate flooring in his dining room. The transformation takes our breath away! Looking to fill your home with harmonious style? You cannot go wrong with this laminate. As a floor designed for glue-less laying, it features a 10-mm moisture-resistant core and comes with a lifetime warranty. Its dark coloring and distressed design immediately draw the eye. It’s the perfect addition to an already-stunning room. It even works well with the home’s lighter, wooden accent piece. Laminate is an easy-to-install and easy-to-maintain floor that replicates the natural color, grain, and texture of hardwood. It’s available in many styles, clicks together with ease, and offers a versatile and affordable alternative to more expensive choices. It’s even exceptionally durable and scratch-resistant, making it ideal for high-traffic areas and the occasional spill.

Excellent work, Tommaso; we can’t take our eyes off it!

Thanks to everyone who shared his or her success story with us last week; we always enjoy seeing the transformations in each home. Be sure to check out our Before & After gallery for more inspiration!
